Kevin and Andy are the best team to work with to install a new hybrid heat pump. From the heat loss survey through to installation was about 4 weeks and the work they did was of extremely high quality. They’ve really helped me reduce my bills but also get a new reliable and well installed system in place that provides great heating and loads of hot water. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Two of the best Heat Geeks that’s for sure!!

Right from first contact the team were helpful, professional and welcoming. All communication was really clear, simple and easy for me to understand what the issues were, the options I could choose and then there were clear and simple prices and next steps. My daughter has leukaemia and was having a tough day when they turned up and they couldn’t have done more to accommodate us all. We had some issues, as with anything, and at every stage it was well communicated and helpful. Can’t ask for more. I just found the whole experience simple, friendly and like we were in good hands from start to finish. Heating, rads and shower is perfect now, thank you!

This company installed a new boiler and came back after a week to fit a part they had forgotten. Over the next six months we repeatedly asked for help to diagnose and correct a major malfunction. The company did not visit but told us many times that we should have all of pipework in the house replaced (it was working perfectly) and learn how to use the controls properly (we had). They eventually asked us not to contact them again. Finally another technician diagnosed that our problem was caused by Top Plumb joining the pipes to the boiler in the wrong order and he fixed it. Whilst anyone can make a mistake, we found this company's approach to customer service unacceptable and cannot recommend them.

Top Plumb has replaced my old boiler with a new, efficient model that is hydrogen-ready and can work with a heat pump. They have worked hard all week. Handled all the unexpected problems that inevitably come up with professionalism, speed and expertise. They have been easy to have in the home and have been considerate of us as they do their work. I'm especially impressed with how well-versed they are with eco-friendly heating solutions and appreciate the time Andy's spent to explain to me the best ways to upgrade our home. I would highly recommend Top Plumb to everyone!

I was looking to make space and put all the hot water things in the loft along with fitting some new radiators and installing a Nest system. Really exceptional service, they: - turned up to quote the day after my initial enquiry - provided a really detailed quotation for materials and labour - had everything done in three days - solved problems on the go (and kept me informed) - fitted floor protection to all areas during the works - helped me save money on certain products I had requested - cleared up each night - fitted a temp supply to keep the water running All in all the solution they provided is vary economical on space with neat pipework and everything labelled. As I was working when they finished the works they also came back at the weekend to teach me how to use it all (which must have involved some patience)! Affordable, professional, hassle free and friendly!

Absolute Top Quality with Top Plumb Hired this company on recommendation of another local plumber who didn't cover my area, and from the initial email with Office staff, Kevin visited and discussed my requirements and gave recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble and all questions were answered honestly and quickly. The quote prepared was in the middle of two others, but as Kevin explained the pros of my boiler and the benefits it would give I decided to hire them. The workmanship from all members who visited my property was 1st class, the carpets were protected from the start and the work done to the highest quality and everything was left clean and tidy on departure. I will be using them again in the future for my annual servicing, as they are a company I would highly recommend to others and the staff know what they are doing and the service top class. Its not always easy to find these days, so keep it up and keep doing what your doing!

I recently had a new boiler installed by the Top Plumb team and wanted to write because they got me out of a spot of bother and did an excellent job. I called up because our boiler failed and we had no hot water, making bathing my 2 year old son a nightmare. Noting that it was urgent, they shifted some things around in their schedule and came within 2 days. The guys turned up (and team of 3) as promised at 0800, worked their socks off all day, and the job was completed by 1800 that day. Not only were the guys thoroughly professional, but they did a first class job for what I regard as a very competitive price. So impressed was I that I've called Top Plumb a couple of times since then, for much smaller jobs. Again, the service has been first class, even though one job only cost me £40. I was recommended Top Plumb by my neighbour, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a plumber or heating engineer. Andy and Kev both really know their stuff and have looked after me really well.
