I brought my dog Andi, who had been to top tier with Julie previously, which I didn't know until i met her! Turns out, I was the one who needed a a one on one training !! Julie said it would only be 1 session to remind Andi of her training. I was blown away at how easy it was to have a 1 on 1 session with her and realize I have a dog that has all the training she needed!! I just need to follow Julie's lead! I rescued Andi 1 yr ago and thought I got a dog that wasn't trained, only to find out Julie pulled it all together with ease!! This is the Best training anyone with a dog could ever ask for. I can't thank her enough for giving me the tools I need to have a happy, well trained dog I can take places now! I could go on and on!! Thank you

Julie is an absolute diamond in the dog training field. We are so impressed with her dedication and skill level. It is clear she loves and understands dogs and dog training. We just finished her 4-week board & train for our 2-year old, 70 lb rescue who was showing signs of reactivity. Her program includes the boarding, daily training with ONLY her at her home, weekly private lessons for us, an app, videos, training exercises and ongoing communication…our dog is doing fantastically back at home!! We are so impressed. Not only is he amazingly behaved and compliant now, but he’s HAPPY! Her training uses positive reinforcement, consistency and proven behavior modification methods so he’s not fearful or submissive but confident and proud to please! Highly recommend Julie!

Sending Pamela to Julie was the best decision I made to help me to be able to walk her in neighborhood without pulling and wanting to chase every other animal that we see. She is much easier for me to take in public and not worry about her jumping on everyone. Her manners and behavior is greatly improved after the month she was with Julie. I am following thru with all the recommendations suggested to me at home to continue our success. Pamela is about three years old and was a rescue. I love her and love having such a well behaved dog.

Julie helped a dog (Ralphie) get ready to be placed as a foster with us. He needed support and work transitioning away from a family. Julie was exceptional as she cared for him while sheltering in place through Hurricane Helene AND Hurricane Milton. He is a big dog and with Julie's training, is able to follow commands such as sit, heel, come, down and go for walks. While he is crate trained, we love to spend as much time with him as possible throughout the day! Thank you Julie!!!

I recently had my 7 month old toy poodle trained by Julie Madison owner of Top Tier K9 for 4 weeks, and I am incredibly satisfied with the outcome. Julie is exceptionally skilled and patient, and it truly shows in the transformation my 7 month old puppy Chanel has undergone. The training was thorough and effective, covering everything from basic commands to proper behavior. Julie is the dog whisperer! We brought our dog Koda to her for some major behavioral issues and some anxiety related problems. Julie set a great foundation and has done wonders for him! Julie the head trainer is so patient with both my dog and me. training is so good when she goes over and beyond to help us with the dogs best interests at the front. it’s hard to say just thank you cause those words fall short of how much she’s helped us. my pup was so over the top anxious before finding julie now i have a much more confident dog and my confidence is top tier now.

Julie works wonders! We were so nervous about what parting with our pup for a month might do to our bond with him. Her training only made our bond stronger! Julie was recommended through a Facebook page when looking for a trainer for another one of our dogs. An unfortunate circumstance took place and when shared with Julie she gave us her personal opinion and we went with it. Our 9 year old Bloodhound whom we have had the last 5 years, who is slow and stubborn, entered her 4 week board and train. Sending your dog away is hard and the emotions were quick and heightened but upon meeting Julie and seeing where he would be staying for 4 weeks, all bad feelings and emotions were eased. Each week we visited and were taught how Julie has been working with our boy, every question was answered, each time we messed up she gave us time to correct ourselves and catch it. Julie shows love, compassion, and gratitude to her clients but especially her furry trainees. Today our boy came home. A total 360 from the day he was brought in and that’s all thanks to the hard work and dedication Julie put into him. We will most definitely use Top Tier K9 again. They have earned our trust and will forever recommend to anyone looking for Training!

I am amazed at how much progress KAZ and I have made since switching our training to Julie. She established a successful relationship with both my service dog and myself. We both love working with her. I highly recommend her for all your training needs.

We sent two of our dogs to Julie and we can’t be happier with their results!!! We knew German Shepherds were smart breeds, but we were very unaware how much work goes into them!
