Matteo was awesome! Came to the outer reaches of South Kitchener and gave my son's mountain bike a great once over...and replaced the tube. Great guy and a great small business! Love that he comes right to your door...or your favourite local brewery.

What's better than the convenience of having an experienced, highly skilled and knowledgeable repair person show up at your location to service your bike? Matteo is a pro, and he is clearly committed to supporting safe cycling and empowering cyclists to better understand how to maintain and calibrate their bikes for optimal performance. I got so much collateral benefit from the visit beyond the actual repair of a broken chain on my road bike. Recommend this worker owned co-op business without reservation! Great experience with Julien today! He communicated well, came on time, listened to my requests and let me know what to expect before he got started. He even invited me to stick around and explained as he went along. This was my first visit from this shop but I’ll be a repeat customer.

A flat or a tune-up can be a positive experience when you call Matteo. He is reachable and dependent. He tuned up our bikes in a jiffy and graciously explained how to maintain our bikes during the season. Our bikes run so smooth! Thanks Matteo.

I met Matteo in 2015. He always came to the cafe I worked at and would help me work on my bike and make sure I could ride it (I was always lazy and kinda terrible at it.) When he started the business, it wasn't a surprise at all to me! I would always ride by him in the city, and he would be on the way to help someone with their bike. I've been actively using his services for almost a decade now and hope to never stop! It's so good to see him and his team accomplish so much in that time! Always a handy friend and service to have at the ready when you're stranded with a flat, have a problem with your wheel alignment or brakes, or just need some handy advice on how to maintain your commuter lifeline!

Matteo came to our little shop, has been coming around for a while, and helped fix all our bikes as a great way to spend time with staff. He was really educational, showed us how to keep our bikes maintained and fixed any major problems we were having! Can't wait to make it a yearly thing!

Matteo is very passionate and knowledgeable about bikes. Not just about the mechanical aspects, but also about the safety aspects when riding in a city. We had him come to our workplace for bike repairs and lessons and everyone was very pleased with his services. We'll definitely have him back!

Matteo did an excellent job tuning up 5 bikes, including an e-bike, a racing bike and a city bike. He knew his stuff, was efficient and friendly. Would definitely recommend him! NEW: July 2024 I'm sure that you would agree that biking in Toronto is intimidating. But I love to bike, and I bike all around Toronto on busy roads. I just did the Defensive Driving Workshop with Matteo. It was a game changer. Previous to the workshop, I'd been nervous about being hit by a car. After the workshop, I know understand how to ride safely about Toronto. I would definitely recommend this Workshop. Two thumbs up!

Matteo's service is always a terrific solution to bicycle issues. Personnel are friendly, knowledgable, reasonably priced and better than all that, they come to you.

Matteo came to my workplace and offered cycle classes and bicycle tune-ups. I had an incredible experience with him -- learned a lot and my bicycle is riding smoother than ever. I'll be using Matteo for a lot of my bicycle maintenance in the future; I think the business model just works better for customers than a brick-and-mortar shop (where you can be without your bicycle for a few days to a few weeks, depending on demand).

If you are a first time user of their service, you must really go ahead with the reviews because we genuinely had a great experience with the bike. Our assigned bike tech: Percy Communication: 10/10 Punctual on time and a kind person who would talk to you and explain things about your bike to you that you may not know. Since we had gotten this pre-loved bike from someone else as a hand me down, we were unsure about the kind of work that the bike needed and its safety. However, once Percy took over things became pretty easy. The more you spend time with them the more you would learn. It is really cool of them to be running this mobile repair. Percy also gave us some safe riding tips and check the safety of the bike as well. Overall, we requested for a tune up and received some really priceless service from Percy. I would strongly recommend them to anyone at least for once in their riding life should experience this. Also, Percy was so kind that he refused to take the exact change and rounded off to the lower amount.

Matteo was very friendly and efficient when he came by to tune-up my bike! I'd also highly recommend their learning services, I personally found the in-person instruction how to tune-up and fix my bike by myself in the future very helpful. Not having to take my bike to the bike shop is also a big time saver.

Matteo’s Mobile Bicycle Repair always does a fantastic job with our bikes. We always book our spring tuneup and we are always very happy with the service. The technicians are courteous and friendly. They have lots of helpful tips and suggestions. It is so super convenient with our busy schedules for them to come to our home. Definitely our go to for our bikes. We will be rebooking next spring!

I’ve used Matteo’s services on several occasions now for general maintenance (including for an emergency flat tire) and he has always accommodated me. If unavailable he’ll dispatch one of his associates. Very down-to-earth and friendly. Fees are reasonable (for Toronto) and he is responsive.
