Top job, great communication.

I don’t normally leave any negative reviews but this company really let me down unfortunately. Phoned Edgar last week and booked with him for this afternoon at 2:30 but end up with no show! Texted twice either in the morning and 2:20pm this Arvo for reminding but no any reply received. I even arranged to leave work early for the booking!! Running late is totally understandable and acceptable but Not without any communication and response! Disappointing for such a time waster and have to go someone else.

I would highly recommended Edgar to anyone who needs their tree stump grinded down. Very professional and reasonable price. I had engaged another biz to grind 2 tree stumps 8 years ago for another family property. It works out Edgar's price is cheaper per stump and he did a a way better job than that other biz. Edgar is also very prompt in providing the quote and lucky for us we went with Edgar as we needed this job quoted and done asap, so we didn't muck around by shopping for another quote.

Jacob came over and did such a fantastic job ! We had quite a few stumps needing to be removed , including some hard to get to. Nothing was a problem for Jacob, he was friendly and professional and left our yard so tidy! Would highly recommend!
