I can't say enough positive things about working with Audra and Brian on the purchase of 2 new garage doors! We bought a house that needed an entire garage overhaul. The front door was a nonstandard size and a back shed on the garage was completely rebuilt and needed a garage door as well. We live out of state currently and moving back to SW PA which makes completing any project difficult. Brian and Audra made it easy! They were able to come up with a solution for our front garage door that allowed us to keep our walk in door to the garage in the same place! Ordering the doors was a smooth process. They installed the doors while we were out of town and all went well and the doors look great. From start to finish, the service and professionals we received from Trinity was second to none. Fine people delivering on their promises isn't easy to find these days. Thanks Brian, Audra and entire staff of Trinity Garage Door!
Frank showed up at 8:30 and was finished at 12:00..He was very helpful. Answered all my questions. Door looks great.

First experience with Trinity, and from the initial pone call to the final installation, everything was perfect. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would, and for the cost they estimated. Lots of companies could learn a lesson in customer service from Trinity Garage Door!!

Frank arrived at theestimated time frame. He was courteous, professional, experienced and friendly. He explained how to use the keypad and made sure I knew how to use it. He also secured the trim around the door. I'm very pleased with the service I received today and highly recommend them
All I can say is WOW. Trinity is THEE best. We were having problems with our (very old) garage door opener. I contacted them via email Sunday evening. Received a phone call first thing Monday morning. I spoke with Audra who told me that they could be out the following day but she contacted me a little later to say that they a cancelation today and asked if today would be OK. She gave me a time window of 11:30-1:30. Frank, the technician, was here by 11:30. He explained everything to me, he processed to start the job and was done in no time. He was so polite, professional and knowledgeable. Great prices as well!! Thank you SO much to Audra and Frank for making the process so seamless!!! ☺️
