We can't recommend Nick & Trust Home Financial enough!! Before meeting Nick, we had Pre-Approved with a very well known nationwide lender. So we were surprised to find out AFTER our offer was accepted and under contract that there were delays with the loan and that we'd have to pay down our student loans in order to get the home. After reaching out to Trust Home Financial, everything turned around!!! Not only did we not have to pay down our student loans, but Nick got us a much lower interest rate, our closing costs were several THOUSAND dollars cheaper, and we still closed on time.
