My husband bought me a Yamaha 30 years ago from Turners. It was time for a upgrade. The experience was amazing. No rush in sale he was willing to stay with us for a couple hours if needed. I already knew what I wanted. The delivery was great. I would definitely refer turners if anybody was looking for a piano or keyboard.
