My new Iseki mower was delivered today , and I couldn’t be happier with both the product and the service! Sam was extremely nice and went out of his way to ensure everything was set up properly. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The mower itself is fantastic – easy to use, efficient, and exactly what I needed for my lawn. Highly recommend both the mower and the excellent service!

Moved into a new house and needed my first set of power tools/machinery to keep on top of maintenance. Spoke with Paul, who talked me through options in the market and helped me get sorted within just a week. Now a happy owner of a Mountfield MTF 84H and have a well stocked shed. It was a great customer experience from the initial consultation through to purchase and delivery. Highly knowledgable team. No hard/pressure selling. Quick response and personal touches to the engagements. My only trouble now is i go past the showroom/shop so often I won’t be able help but pop in again soon!

I needed to get a mower ASAP as I am a contractor and my mower had broken down. I went straight to Turneys and I wasn’t disappointed. Nick Messenger went to great lengths to help me out. I needed a new mower for a small lawn and spoke with Paul who helped advised me on a couple of different options - no hard sell just good old fashion customer focused service. Makes a real change to deal with people who know what they are talking about and are happy to take the time to make sure you leave the shop with the right bit of kit for the job. Definitely recommend these guy's.

Called into PA Turner today with my dad looking into a battery combi unit to replace his petrol version. Spoke to a really polite, non pushy friendly guy called Paul. Advised us both on the best option. Resulted in purchasing the correct item. His colleague assembled it for my dad and Paul even carried it to my car. 11 out of 10 service. Will definitely be returning in the future . Highly recommended.

An absolutely first class experience. Old fashioned values still exist, thank goodness. We needed a new lawn mower and was helped to make a speedy, objective decision with simple explanation of functions and use. And 30 minutes later we loaded up our new machine! Absolutely recommend this excellent business. The people are awesome, and they genuinely care.

Visited the shop today 15/6/24 was asked if I needed any help within minutes to which I did. A very knowledgeable guy called Will served me & spent time advising me on the different products I wanted to purchase. Once I decided on what to buy he made me a cup of tea & proceeded with my order. He then ran through all the important points I needed to know & was very helpful answering any questions I had. A big thank you to you Will & Nick as I did pop in a month earlier to ask a few questions & Nick was brilliant! Outstanding service can't wait to use my new tools & return for more purchases. I went to Turney’s for a chainsaw, I had no idea exactly which one I was after but the chap who was serving me could not have been more patient and helpful in fact we finished the deal approximately an hour after they were due to close and he remained as helpful and cheery as when I first came in! I can’t fault them would recommend to anyone.

Shocking , rang up to get a price on a mower and strimmer, said they would call back. Never did. Rang again , promised a call back never did. As a contractor who has dealt with them before i am very disappointed.

2 months to get a Stihl chainsaw repaired. Supposedly problems with the parts supplier then Turney's manager left and didn't hand over the files properly so no one called to say it was ready for pick up. Very poor overall service. I won't be using Turney's again or buying another Stihl chainsaw which has broken down with monotonous regularity and costs a fortune to be repaired or serviced. Better off with a Hyundai chainsaw which is more reliable and Turney's is not an agent.

We are very sorry for the delay on the parts ordered for your Stihl chainsaw, this may have been due to Stihl moving their parts warehouse location over this period which has caused some delay in parts delivery. Stihl chainsaws are renowned to be the best in the world and we are sorry if you have had a poor experience with your saws. We are now fully staffed at our Weston on the Green depot and will always be there to help with any of your Garden Machinery needs in the future.
