I handover my bicycle for preparing, the guy in the store broken the stand and not ready to replace, when i asked about the same showed his rude behavior in front of the other customers stand beside, if he behave like this who will come again, its not affordable at all, very poor behavior, be polite and give gentle service then only again revert to you.

Took my cheap as bike for repair since the chains were jamming. The gentlemen serviced it in a matter of minutes and didn't even charge me anything. Friendly and experienced staff, would recommend!

Incredible service. So helpful and full of knowledge. Spent a long time with me explaining bike mechanics, about different bike parts and how to care for my bike. Parts were excellently priced as well to my surprise! Could not recommend these guys highly enough!! Thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼😊😊 also so great they sell second hand parts, big up recycling/reusing!

Got an issue with my e-bike 20" v-brake rim, brought it here as this is the only bike shop close to CBD that can get this fixed, and the team is very knowledgeable and friendly they build the rim in a timely manner and update me on the status of my bike. The bike has been fixed and overall it has been a positive experience getting my bike fixed with them.

These guys are great. It's an independently-owned bike shop. They are in a great old historic type of building. They have a good selection of bikes to buy. I've used them lots of times to repair my bike. They are very reasonably priced. It's got a really nice vibe and feel . The staff are very welcoming and down to earth. I think the shop has a slightly old-fashioned feel which I really like.After you've had your bike fixed go next door and look at the records store..

Mate, you were trying to swap something that you had purchased from another retailer and then wanted to buy sunglasses, which we don’t currently sell.
Not sure how that makes us pretentious, perhaps you should look up the meaning of that word.
You were rude and very unpleasant to deal with, please don’t come to our stores again.

I had the pedal screw loose and needed a screwdriver to tighten it. The guy charged me $30 to screw it in, a 10-15 second job. way much overpriced.

Been to the shop in New Lynn twice, friendly people who know their stuff and can give you some advice if you want for your bike. Went in because my back tyre was flat and they fixed it right up and the 2nd time was to buy a bike pump with the gauge to properly put the right amount of air into the bike tyres so the reason listed above didnt happen again. There was a little mishap but they were very apologetic and I was understanding and didn't mind at all and they sorted it out with no problems. Highly recommend them if you need your bike fixed, get some parts or accessories from them. I will definitely be back to their store whenever I need something for the bike.
