Very cool and fun device. Support is very quick, which is good as there is no manual explaining the many settings.

Ordering and delivery was an easy process and setting up was also easy

Cannot fault the product and customer service however, it is incredibly cheeky to have to have a subscription to use a product that you have pay for separately (voice pack) I appreciate and understand the voice packs being an additional cost, however paying nearly £20 and then having to pay out extra money just to use it is unfair and disappointing. It means that a potentially amazing product cannot be used in its full capacity due to this unfair system and further costs. It puts the product out of reach for many people that would love to enjoy it. Update re company response: Sorry, thought my review was clear. I think it’s in poor taste too keep a voice pack that could be payed for behind a subscription paywall. If this paywall was not in place I would have purchased voice packs.

Absolutely amazing nerd gadget!!! Beautifully made, fantastic quality. Configuration tool and setup works seamlessly and without a hiccup. I haven't stopped staring at it since I got it. Easily wall mounted and isn't heavy so could be mounted almost anywhere.

Arrived really quickly, was well packaged and appears to be of very good quality. Setup was pretty simple (initially my local station apparently had no trains but switching to another, and then back to my local one seemed to sort it out). It looks great on the wall and is quite hypnotic to watch!

My desktop board arrived really quickly… My desktop board arrived really quickly and the new version lived up to the blurb about easy set up - very easy indeed. Just remember to grab the serial number at first run if you have another board registered. I got into a mess at that point as the web interface was showing settings for my current board and I had to reboot the new board to get the serial number to add a new board on the web setup. Up and working great.

I have bought a pro departure board after seeing a youtube video about it and I am absolutely loving it! I can't express how happy I am with it! The company's owner is amazing and the customer service is absolutely amazing! I would recommend these products to all train trains/ bus/ trams lovers! I wouldn't be surprised if I end up buying the other models too!

5 Stars is not normally a review level I give but I honestly can't find anything to complain about. Yes there are several features that I should like to see added - such as being able to set up my own voice announcements - but the products themselves are excellent.

Well pleased with my departure board. I have it on the wardrobe door in the bedroom, set for my local station. It is handy because as I work at the station, when I am on mornings I can see if the First Trains are running okay before I get in. So I know what to expect and am not caught by suprise!.
