Have had three scans here. All excellent sonographers, empathetic and explain everything. The staff is friendly and warm. Also got two keychains with the images! Thanks to everyone at this office.

Excellent service offered by Ultrasound Plus. Jude was an amazing sonographer, clear with his explanation, really put us at ease with his knowledge and remarkably skills. We will definitely be coming back again for another reassurance scan. Thank you.

Had 2 scans here. Decent service. Scans on time and report given on time. However. There was a £30 deposit to secure booking. Both times I booked on Monday for a Wednesday scan. I was told AFTER I paid the £30 both times that if I reschedule within 48 hours, I lose my deposit. As I was already in the 48 h window, wasn't left with much choice. Second time I called to say I was running 5 minutes late, and I was told that if I was more than 10 minutes late, I would lose the £30 deposit and would have to pay it again. Seriously? Come on man. If there are so many conditions about the £30 deposit then this should be conveyed BEFORE customers actually pay for the deposit. Not telling them before is deliberate and sneaky. Don't be greedy.

Disgusting customer service care about money not about helping customers. Would not recommend not accommodating was miscommunication on time rang up to explain as the ladies accent certainly sounded like 50 not 15 kept deposit told me come for next one but had to them pay full price again to drive all the way there for them to get upset about my review and day they are now fully booked

Very good experience. Staff were very friendly and made me very comfortable. The scan lasted 15 minutes and I was given all the information. Recommend it!

We have been to Ultrasound Plus a number of times throughout our pregnancy journey and the service is always great, staff are friendly, knowledgable and reassuring.

Took my father for an ultrasound scan for reassurance and I couldn't fault the experience. From booking the appointment online through to receiving the detailed scans and reports, both printed and emailed, the service was very professional and everything was explained in detail along with be able to answer all the questions we had. Thank you. Would highly recommend.

I recently went for a baby ultrasound scan, Tanya was welcoming, making us feel at easy right away. The sonographer was incredibly kind and took the time to explain each part of the scan in detail. Seeing our baby on the screen was such a magical moment. I would recommend this place and come back again. Tiffany
