Bought Iphone XS for company needs (incoming/outgoing calls). When received, noticed, that upper part of screen is bit of detached from phone (assume glue came off), first frustration. Turned on phone, all seemed to be fine, but then i noticed that through my current phone wallpaper i could see original Iphone wallpaper (planet Earth) + buttons of camera and flash, which are usually seen when screen is still blocked and main screen not opened. Since we needed phone to make calls we installed SIM and used phone for couple of days and made some calls. Then we decided just to buy new iphone instead cause of bad first experience with used phone (which has warranty still !!!). After couple of days we sent phone back to Upgreat since still had 14 day return option (not even mentioning that we had 2 years warranty). Then we get reply from Ugreat - phone got liquid damage and therefore we cannot give money back, we either can send you broken phone or fix it for 90 EUR, but we cannot guarantee it will work as should..... You as a buyer damaged the phone, there is no refund because of that.... I was shocked and confused, if it was a joke... First of all phone stayed in an office on a shelf, and other employees didnt have access to it. More than that, Iphone website states following thing: These models have a rating of IP68 under IEC standard 60529 (maximum depth of 2 meters up to 30 minutes): iPhone 11. iPhone XS. Is Upgreat stating we just took your phone and went diving 3 meters deep for an hour.... ? Obviously we were not.... Then how the f... could that phone get liquid damage if it was in office for couple of days and problems were noticed straight after receiving the phone ???? Company bought that phone, not a private person who can act as a scammer.... This was our first and last time we ordered anything from Upgreat....

Вежливый персонал в Lasnamäe centrume , а техник к которому отправляют занимается лохотроном. Отдал переустановить iOS техник сказал менять плату еще и кнопку . Отказался от работы , заплатил за диагностику в пустую и в итоге дома сам установил iOS . Техник приговорил к замене плату которая работает. Сумма стала вместо 20-90 еур. Если ремонтировать то не к ним !!! Развод на бабки !
