We received the sign and the lettering was WAY too small. I made it as big as possible but to no avail. I did a chat with your custumer service and she was not helpful at all. Basically, she said I'd have to order it to see the size of the lettering. We did, and, just as we were afraid of, it was too small. Wont be ordering anything else

Everything I wanted in my new business card was realized, and I thank UPrinting for being an efficient printer that obviously prides itself on bringing the customer what they want unconditionally. I also thank UPrinting for being what I consider a professional company. Keep up the good work, and I will be back in the future without a doubt.

Be careful. They are happy to quickly take your order, but make sure that they are on the same page with you before submitting your order. They are an offshore company with many of their employees barely able to speak English. That makes it difficult to communicate of course which was part of the difficulty, they not understanding the terminology I was using. I needed the labels to be opaque and they understood "transparent" instead.
They got our order wrong twice. The first time sending paper labels instead of washable plastic (washable was another term they didn't understand) and then finally provided the third attempt free, but we were stuck with almost $200 and 1000 labels that we have no use for.
The sample kit isn't necessarily helpful. The biggest challenge is to be able to talk with someone fluent in English.

They assured me that my order would be centered. It came out incorrectly. When I asked for a refund they asked me for 7 photos of cards. Not using them again. The only reason I am not giving them 1 star is because the shipping was fast, which I had to pay more for.

I designed my own car magnets for a new business I recently started. The free design tools on their website I thought were super simple. When they arrived I was impressed with the quality. They came out way better than I thought they would, especially because I used my own designs and custom sizes. When one didn't arrive I thought something must have went wrong. One of the logos I uploaded wasn't the best quality. Instead of shipping it blurry they took the time to fix it and it was waiting to be approved. I was worried it would be bad but because of them it's way better. I will definitely be coming back for other stuff. Maybe some hats, or shirts, or stickers. They have so many products I haven't decided yet. It's awesome.
