As stated in an earlier review, last week we had all our windows replaced and the following review covers the whole process. Ordering / Survey: We dealt with Adrian in the initial stages and he advised us what we needed and an approximate cost. During this process, we changed a few requirements (laminated glass - fittings etc) where Adrian obtained costings and quoted the fully fitted price. We confirmed the order and paid the deposit, where we were allowed to pay part on Barclaycard and the remainder by bank transfer. Period prior to fitting: Having placed the order, we were given a fitting date and advised of all requirements. We were supplied with the details of the fitting team. Fitting date: 01 - 04 October 2024. Day 1: The weather was appalling to say the least but the team of Bradley & Johnny Smart arrived at the agreed time and in a presentable professional manner. They fully explained the process, the noise hazard and access requirements. They then got on with the task in hand, following the agreed room plan. Day 2: The team arrived and were accompanied by Jimmy Gleadhall who explained the routine for that day and the plan for the rest of the week. The team set about the workload in a professional manner at all times remembering that this was our home, where they were most respectful Day 3 & 4: The whole house had the windows fitted and all areas were cleared of the scrap windows and left in a condition commensurate with their initial arrival. At all times throughout the 4 days, the team were professional, courteous and respectful representing Urban Windows Doors and Conservatories in a manner that shows a quality company. There were a couple of minor issues, these were addressed swiftly by Ian Swain and all parties are happy with the resolution. The way issues are handled and rectified shows the dedication of Urban WDC to complete customer satisfaction. Upon payment we made an error on the invoice reference, Mrs Stevie Hawes sorted it out with no fuss putting our minds at ease Thank you Pak & Marie

10/10 We had a complete house of replacement windows, composite doors and bi-folds from Urban Windows, Doors & Conservatories to a property we have renovated and have since been back for replacement soffits, fascia’s and a new rubber roof to our bay window. From start to finish the service has been excellent, not to mention the quality of the products is superb. Highly recommend!

When i first called into the showroom everything was made clear to me what would happen going forward.A date was arranged to visit my home was on the time and date as arranged.During the visit everything was noted and talked about including building regulations and what was included in the quotes The quotation was sent by email within a few day and when i agreed the price and paid the deposit Urban contacted me for a date for installation was agreed On the morning of installation the two fitters arrived on time set up with dust sheets and got on with the work a very neat and tidy My experience from start to finish was very good everything and everyone who i dealt with was very professional and everybody new there jobs not problem from start to finish and would use them again and recommend Urban to friends and family Kind Regard David Marshall

Kept us informed at all stages and followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. Amazing service from start to finish from Urban Windows. Preferred to use a local company rather than the big companies as if there are any problems (which there isn’t) Urban will deal with it quickly and efficiently, in a friendly manner rather than brushing you off. Can’t speak highly enough this company.

We had double glazing replaced which was 20 years old. The work took a week as we had a veranda fitted as well by their sister company. Because we believe in hiring local businesses to complete work Urban was the first name in the frame. Any snags we had were completed very quickly and to our satisfaction.

Adrian was great and understood our requirements. We visited the showroom and where able to see the products we were considering which was great. My wife and I decided to have a warm roof fitted to our conservatory and asked Urban to carry out this work. From roof demolition, roof replacement, electrical work and dealing with the heating , all was carried out to our complete satisfaction. Our praise goes to the lads who carried out the installation for their hard work which was to a high standard, and are a credit to Urban Conservatories. We have to wait to later in the year to see if it was worthy of all the work done, but the appearance is great.

We recently had 3 windows and a new front door fitted by Urban Windows. The experience from initial enquiry to completion was great. It was so refreshing not to be greeted with the usual sales pitch, but friendly helpful guidance and expert advice from Adrian, discussing the product options and process. The costumer service all the way through has been excellent and attentive. We at extremely happy with with windows and door we chose and quality of the fitting at a very competing price. We would not hesitate to recommend Urban Windows for an investment is this import.
