Annual alarm service (BR5) Excellent work completed professionally and cleanly

Fitting new external alarm sounder, system service and programming update. (TN22) First class service from Kevin at V2 coupled with his extensive product knowledge and helpful advice. Highly recommend.

Alarm servicing and upgrade. (TN13) I would highly recommend V2. Kevin very knowledgeable, making clear recommendations without making it over complicated. He went above and beyond to assist us when we had an incident with the alarm (entirely our fault) being incredibly speedy to rectify the issue to ensure we continue to utilise the system. 100% recommendation from us.

Deactivated our alarm system. (TN15) Kevin was wonderful.Our alarm was going off and I just could not stop it. In spite of having other commitments he came as soon as he could and every thing was sorted I no time at all

Fitted new alarm system to our home (TN13) Kevin was great, punctual, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. Took the time to go through all the options with us and explained how everything worked at the end of the day. He is respectful of our home and left the house tidy when he left. Great service, much better than some of the big companies, great value for money and really good customer service. We would highly recommend.

Update alarm system to app monitored and controlled (BR6) We got great advice and service from Kevin. Our existing system which was serviced and maintained by one of the big boys in the area ( in my opinion not very well as Kevin found pir batteries which were out of date). He did a full upgrade of the system and converted it so it is monitored by an app which enables us to set and unset the system remotely ( as well as using the key pad ) plus should the alarm go off it will send us plus any nominated person an alarm on our phones with the exact sensor that has been set off and we can reset or call the cops. Gives us great reassurance while away.

Alarm takeover (TN2) What can I say about Kev... Top bloke, top alarm fitter and so good to deal with. Always got the best advice for the customer and knows what he is talking about when it comes to security. Would throughly recommend.

Excellent and effective work to take over management of the alarm systems (TN14) Kevin is highly efficient and did a great job surveying the existing alarm systems from the previous supplier. He's organised and technically excellent with great customer facing skills.

Security Assessment (TN6) Kevin gave me so much reassurance, being a single mum, safety is a constant and huge concern. Kevin is really knowledgeable and all the little things show how much he cares about his customers. I will defiantly be using him again!

CCTV and Doorbell Installation (TN22) Kevin came out to me in Crowborough to fit a new CCTV system with a doorbell all connected. Kevin came round to quote the job, he was very knowledgeable and you can tell he knows his stuff! He done the job to a very high standard. One of the best services i have been received, highly recommend!

Alarm system fitted (TN12) I am very pleased with the work carried out. Time was taken to explain the alarm system and how it would be fitted.

Home intruder alarm (TN12) Having been a customer of Viper Security Systems a few years ago, Kevin originally fitted the system to our property in a very prompt, professional, tidy and considerate manner. Since then the system has been faultless (one dodgy sensor battery notwithstanding). Maintenance in the intervening period was undertaken by others without the same professionalism and attention to detail. System has now been taken back over by V2 Security Systems and with it a return to right first time, courteous customer service and efficient administration. Very highly recommended.

Installation of home security alarm (TN17) Kevin installed a home security alarm for us. It was a tricky job because he had to override a previous alarm system which was badly wired, but he made sure the new system was properly installed and took the trouble to explain everything to us. He also fitted some outdoor sensors which were a great addition. We're delighted with our new system and Kevin was a pleasure to work with, leaving everything clean and tidy.

Fitting and servicing house alarm (TN10) I've known Kevin quite a few years now since he fitted our alarm Kevin has always been very efficient, polite and courteous, and is always on time and willing to explain the complexities of how the systems work I'd have no hesitation in recommending Kevin if you're looking to have a security system fitted, and the associated yearly servicing has been of the highest standard

Home Alarm Service (BR8) Kevin arrived perfectly on time to service our alarm system, which he had installed a couple of years ago. He replaced all the batteries and checked all the hardware. He checked it was all working before he left and all was left clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend Kevin to install and service your home security system

Service house alarm (BR5) Arrived very promptly, serviced complete system and changed all batteries as requested. Gave very good advice if I wanted to upgrade system. Clean and tidy.
