Der Transfer war absolut positiv: Ich und meine Frau wurden direkt vom Flughafen abgeholt und in ein 5-Sterne-Hotel gebracht. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell, sodass wir uns von Anfang an gut aufgehoben und sicher gefüihlt haben. Die gesamte Organisation und der Service haben einen faszinierten Eindruck hinterlassen und es war wirklich alles perfekt. An dieser Stelle möchte ich mich bei Frau Nurcan bedanken, sie war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Von meinen Erfahrungen kann ich das Unternehmen es nur weiterempfehlen!

I recently had a rhinoplasty with Dr Erman, I was very satisfied with how everything went. From transport from the hotel, having my operation and the aftercare. Everything went smooth and my consultant Umut was very attentive. I cannot speak any higher of the surgeon, Umut and the night staff. I am very happy with my results, had minimal bruising and swelling and was very well looked after. I would recommend Vanity!

this was my second time visiting vanity very professionally from start to finish very happy with my results i had a fat transfer on 25th october with dr erman umut was great with any questions i had.

I had an exceptional experience with my procedure at Vanity. From the moment I reached out for pricing to the attentive aftercare, every part of the process was smooth, efficient, and reassuring. The entire team was incredibly supportive: drivers greeted me warmly, nurses provided attentive care, coordinators guided me through each step, and the doctors performed outstanding work. Initially, I was surprised by how friendly everyone was, but it quickly became clear that this level of kindness is simply part of their culture. The staff genuinely take pride in their work and reputation. Huge thanks to Dr. Bugra Ipek, my sales coordinator Sefa, post-op coordinator Nadine, and the dedicated nurses and medical team. They made my experience seamless from start to finish.

If you live in the US or Canada an are considering overseas options I strongly encourage you to research and consider Vanity. Our experience was extremely positive! The PROCESS is simply amazing. Prompt airport pick up, immediate transfer with no waiting to a clean modern hospital for blood work. Fast check in to a nice high quality hotel, Merecure, that has a very courtious and welcoming staff, one free day to explore the city. Next day a prompt morning pick up off to the Vanity facility which is clean, well staffed and very modern. We waited in the lounge area for less than 5 minutes! Rhen our lovely translator Nadia escorted us upstairs to review documents. Next a consolutation with our Dr. Dr. Ipek, a review of the procedure, then BAM! off to the surgery. No delays, no needless waiting, amazing. After surgery care beyond expectations, ours (wife and went in together) was relatively minor eye surgery, bioplasty, however Dr. Ipek insisted we spend the night in Vanities facility so that we couls be monitored. THAT SIMPLY DOES NOT HAPPEN IN THE US I HAD 2 RECENT TOTAL HIP REPLACEMENT AND WAS OUR PATIENTED BOTH TIMES. Translator Nadia was available for nurse assistance, that was reassuring as well. Oh and wife and i had seperate and private rooms! Follow-up went well. Lastly PRICE, OMG! Had the procedures done, extended our stay to a total of 11 days, hotel, meals and flight, quality surgery by a highly qualified Doctor and still saved money! Selvi was also a great help. Research it and DO It.

Dans l'ensemble je suis mitigée sur mon expérience avec Vanity. J'ai eu un très bon échange avec Cihan qui m'a accompagné dans la decouverte et la réservation auprès de Vanity. L'opération s'est bien passé cependant j'ai fais une allergie aux niveau des yeux, j'ai du insister pour recevoir un traitement alors que c'était très douloureux. De plus ma coordinatrice et traductrice n'a pas été très présente, notamment au moment de retirer mes pansement et prendre connaissance des recommandations du chirurgien. Enfin, à la fin de mon séjour, le transport (compris dans la prestation) ma déposé au mauvais aéroport, j'ai donc du trouver un taxi a 3h du matin et payer. J'aurais pu rater mon vol. Ce n'est pas très professionnel. Il a ete difficile d'obtenir un remboursement et je n'ai pas eu d'explication. J'aurais aimé avoir une meilleure expérience. Je suis cependant très contente du résultat de ma rhinoplastie !

Thank you to everyone at Vanity from start to finish amazing in something that can be full of anxiety for a lot of people. I DID A LOT OF RESEARCH before I booked with Dr Catagay! He is very forthcoming and composed and you immediately realise you’re in safe hands. Dr Catagay is a very empathetic, knowledgable a true star in his field. I never felt rushed or like “another client”. I knew it was going to be positive from the first video call. Flew all the way from the UK to carry out a Gynecomastia and although being 5 days in I already feel so much better. He has a very soft touch and I’ve got virtually no bruising and I am feeling 100 times better about myself after debating this procedure for about 6 years. Vanity as a team were also great and very friendly faces keeping you continuously in the loop and up to date from start to finish. I would super recommend if you’re considering taking a journey to Turkey for any cosmetic work. Thank you doc! You’re a star! 🙏🏼🌟

Mi experiencia con Vanity: Me llamo Paula y vivo en España. La primera vez que me puse en contacto con la clínica fue en el 2019, pero este año ellos se pusieron en contacto conmigo por WhatsApp y me hicieron una muy buena oferta Abdominoplastia + lipo 369 + BBL y se puso en contacto conmigo Seda y me hablaba en español, lo que me ha hecho sentir muy cómoda. Me lo explicó y escuchó mis peticiones y preocupaciones. Hice el pago de la reserva todo muy seguro. He ido a Istambul sola sin acompañante, pese a que en mi paquete estaba incluido el hotel también para mi acompañante. Si soy sincera, no recomiendo que vayas sola, necesitarás apoyo tanto físico como emocional. He tenido suerte porque en el primer día tuve muy buena suerte ya que me tocó unas enfermeras amables, cariñosas y solidarias. En la segunda noche, no tuve mucha suerte, en la noche me tocó una enfermera no muy amable, yo tenía muchísimo dolor en la espalda donde tenía los drenos, sé que es normal, pero ella no ha sido nada amable, me dieron calmante para dormir y acaba durmiendo mismo con dolor y no duraba mucho ya que me despertaba llorando del dolor y cuando la llamaba venía con cara de sueño y un poco grosera, ella no tenía ni paciencia ni amabilidad. Llegué Istambul un viernes 04.10.2024. Compré los billetes a través de Booking (la peor pagina) y volé con Pegasus (también muy mala compañía). Yo llegué pasado las 22:00 y mi transfer ya se había ido debido a la demora de la compañía y el retraso de mi vuelo. Cogí un taxi y una asesora de Vanity me recomendó ir en taxi al hotel y me dijo que a las 01:00 am mi transfer iría a recogerme para hacerme los análisis pré operatórios y así fue. Luego me dejaron en el hotel y a las 06:30 fueron a recogerme para llevarme al hospital para mi cirugía. Llegado a hospital fue muy bien recibida por mi nuevo asesor Yavuz quien a través de un traductor me iba explicando todo. La primera asesora Seda que hablaba español ya no trabajaba con ellos, al menos eso me dijeron. Me llevaron a mi habitación y allí hice el pago del restante de la cirugía y me comentaron todo, inclusive vino un especialista en el pulmón, porque este año tuve 5 episodios de apnea del sueño y tenía mucho miedo de quedarme sin respirar durante la anestesia general, fueron muy amables. Mi cirujano el Dr. Mert Simaz, también me escuchó e intentó comunicarse conmigo en italiano. Le comenté que más que una cirugía estética, yo necesitaba la reparadora y me tranquilizó diciendo que me cosería los músculos de los rectos abdominales. Al terminar la cirugía sentí mucha dificultad para respirar y la enfermera fue muy atenta y me ayudó bastante. En el 3 día me mandaron al hotel y yo sola me tuve que apañar como pude, por eso no recomiendo que vayáis solos. También tuve suerte, me alojé en el Hotel Mercure Atunizade, de lujo y una camarera del hotel fue muy amable conmigo y me ayudaba muchas veces a vestirme. Le doy las gracias infinito. Después que me mandaron al hotel, sentí falta de un mensaje por parte de quien sea para saber como yo estaba, no se pusieron en contacto conmigo ni una vez. En el penúltimo día fue mi revisión y mi cirujano me lo explicó todo muy bien y hasta tuve una traductora que hablaba español, llegué a llorar, necesitaba hablar español, creo que tenía mucha sensibilidad y sentimientos encontrados. Por lo general, estoy muy contenta con mi cirujano y la clínica Vanity. Como sugerencia, pediría que dieran una mejor asistencia en el pós operatorio durante nuestra estancia en el hotel, preguntándome cómo estamos y haciendo seguimiento. Eso lo eché en falta. También creo que deberían ofrecer, a nuestro costo claro, los masajes. Yo tuve que preguntar porque no tenía ni idea dónde hacérmelo allí en el hotel. Finalizo dando las gracias a todo el personal, a mi asesor y a mi cirujano.

Ottima organizzazione e professionalità. I lividi scompaiono dopo una settimana o anche prima. Si ricomincia a respirare col naso dopo tre settimane. Ora È passato un mese dall'intervento il naso si deve ancora sgonfiare ed è assolutamente normale, fin'ora tutto perfetto. Operato da dottor Kadri e seguito da nadin e caner.

Önce 1 saat beklettiler sonra doktorun ameliyatı uzadı 1 saat daha bekleyin dediler sonra 1 buçuk saat dediler en son 2 buçuk saat sonra alabileceğiz dediler beni aç susuz serumla besleyerek bekletmeye çalıştılar. Çalışanların davranışları aşırı kötü. ameliyat önlüğüyle beni yürüterek kat kat dolaştırdılar. Temizlik var sebebi ile yerleştiğim odamı değiştirdiler. Şikayetimi belirttiğimde arkamızdan gülerek birbirleriyle pısırdayarak konuştular. Kesinlikle gelmeyin. Paranızla rezil oluyorsunuz. En başta çok iyi davranıyorlar ancak sonrasında resmen rezillik ve sefalet çekiyorsunuz.

I was booked into this hospital for my rhinoplasty surgery by my doctor. What a place !! This was nothing like the hospitals in the U.K. It was more like a 5 star hotel. No bleeping machines to be heard or clutter all over the wards , although you cannot really call them wards . My room was absolutely delightful . Nothing too clinical , en suite bathroom. All the staff were so lovely and empathetic . They came in my room throughout the night following my surgery to check on me and change my drips etc. The food is very good and there is a café on site if you fancy something different as well as a Starbucks If you are considering going to Türkiye for cosmetic surgery and you have a choice of which hospital to go to ,I can thoroughly recommend the Vanity without reservation.

Couldn't be happier with my experience getting surgery in Vanity hospital Was collected from airport, brought to hospital for blood tests, brought to a very nice hotel and then collected in the morning for the surgery Surgery went perfectly, staff were very friendly and efficient. No long waiting or anything. Hospital room was very good too, it had a room with a TV and a couch for someone to wait with you in your room if needed They dropped me back to the hotel after confirming all is ok, and checked everything on the last day also to be sure the wounds are healing ok Overall I am very happy with the experience and the results. I recommend them 100%
