Van Martin Roofing Reviews

Van Martin was amazing!! All of the staff was polite and professional! Everything was explained from start to finish, appointments were on time and the work done to best quality. Mike and Sebastian took the time to not only explain what they were doing but why it mattered and also made sure that any debris was picked up and the area under the installation was vacuumed and clean.. Thanks for everything!!

This company is professional and timely in every meeting. They quickly came and did a detailed estimate. Ultimately, I went with a different company due to a preferred product, but this company is professional. Jason and Brad were excellent to deal with

Van Martin recently completed a rather large, comprehensive project for me that involved a roof removal and installation, siding replacement and gutter replacement, with professionalism, attentive customer service and communication and excellence in product and service. Their teams worked hard, stayed on the job and the quality of the work is unmatched. I would recommend this company to anyone in the Dayton/Cincinnati area who needs work done on their home and wants a company they can trust.

skilled, professional crew arrived on time, cleaned up well after the job, and did good work repairing a skylight leak and reroofing part of my roof. Crew leader did an excellent job communicating about complications that arose during the repair. A minor leak recurred and the company leak expert came out and revised a part of the repair to my satisfaction.

The Van Martin team did an excellent job replacing our fascia, soffits and siding. It was showing its age, looking worn and warped. They also rewrapped the front porch posts, the areas around the garage, and the back patio. Since our house is brick, the new white siding complements it beautifully

I had two skylights replaced and flashings repaired. The servicemen Michael and Sebastion were amicable. They explained the process and assured me of Van Martin's quality of work and service to their customers. I would recommend this company to family and friends.

Overall satisfied. Installers did a professional job. Could have done a better clean up afterwards. All costs were told to us upfront and clear. Coordination of job was off a little, but worked out fine. Communication was great. Price was industry standard.
