Kai and team were brilliant! They installed a new combi-boiler and radiators throughout the property. All snags were fixed promptly. The team were professional and worked quickly. I appreciate that they sacrificed a Sunday to do all the work. I highly recommend their services

We needed a boiler replacing. Kai came out on the day I called & quickly installed the new boiler. He is friendly, very knowledgeable, happy to explain technical stuff & give you options. He’s definitely someone you can trust to do a job properly & at a good price. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual & tidy. Highly recommended.

It's Sunday. I decided to do some DIY plumbing, realised that the stop cock wasnt the stop cock and now i've got water spilling on the floor of the bathroom. Kai answered almost immediately. Round in about 25mins and fixed the leak and replaced the part that i was trying to fix myself.

He was thorough, polite, respectful, totally professional and unlike many other trade, cleaned up after he'd completed the work!

In one instance, he accurately identified the problem just by listening to the description, without even needing to look at it—and it turned out to be exactly right. He was not only prompt but also incredibly helpful in resolving both issues. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job.
