I strongly advise against using this company's packing services. Items were left behind in cabinets, boxes were packed haphazardly and inefficiently, fragile items were poorly protected, and heavier/sharp items were wrapped unsafely.
The final cost far exceeded the estimate due to an inflated box count, despite advance discussion of my packing needs.
The claims process felt performative and resulted in a $20 refund, which is insulting given the overall cost and scope of issues. Communication was slow and required repeated follow-ups. This experience felt careless, overpriced, and dismissive of legitimate concerns.
I had a fantastic experience with Vector Moving last April. I am just realizing I had posted this on the wrong “Vector Moving” so adding it here now. Adam and his team were absolutely wonderful—efficient, professional, and super friendly throughout the entire move. They handled everything with care and made what could’ve been a stressful day feel smooth and easy. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and courteous moving crew!
This is my first experience moving interstate and hiring such service and I can say that I am very pleased with the service. Bakha and his team were great. We had an initial quote over the phone and arranged a video call to ensure no large item was left out of the quote. Then on moving day Bakha came in first to assess all items and was able to reasonably and accurately estimate the amount of additional boxes I would need to move everything. After we agreed, moving started and Bakha and his team took great care of everything; literally everything was packed in a very smart and efficient way. I am very grateful of the great service Vector provided end to end and the good care Bakha and his team put forward when conducting the whole moving.
I highly recommend vector moving service. Their superior work starts from my moving manager Jordan. Jordan has always been patient and courteous. He gave me a quote that was transparent and precisely itemized. He followed my move closely from day of scheduling to the day of moving, which made me feel secure and confident. The 4 people moving crew headed by Jose arrived on time. They were professional and efficient. They took extra care of all the furnitures and equipments. They packed the truck unbelievably well to avoid potential damages during transportation.

Great service! We used them to move from NJ to MD two weeks back. The total cost came to less than 3K including a 15% tip. The move was fast, efficient and the whole process from loading, moving and unloading took 7 hours total all in the same day. Super impressed and will be recommending them to friends and family!
My Vector moving team was extremely efficient, careful and communicative! I had a great experience and felt worry-free the entire time. They were in touch often in the days and weeks leading up to my move; and on the day of, even given a slight timing delay, they made up for it by bringing an extra team member to help the process go quicker. Everything was handled professionally, and their pricing is excellent. I would absolutely recommend Vector.
