Venice Royal Maids: Cleaning & Maid Service in Venice FL Reviews

Royal Maids is the worst cleaning company. I booked a deep clean for my home with Royal Maids because I was putting it on the market to sell. I was told that all surfaces and floors in every room would be thoroughly cleaned. However, that was far from the case. My counter tops, mirrors, floors were all left streaked and in may cases entire rooms untouched. They overlooked cleaning shelves and even fingerprints on appliances, etc. The obvious areas that anyone would expect to be cleaned were left dirty. I requested someone from Royal Maids come to my home to inspect the service but they declined, too busy. I was offered the option to have someone else clean my home while I supervised them. Seriously! who has time to hire a cleaning company and then follow the cleaning person around pointing to things that need to be cleaned. There never was a resolution. In the end, I cleaned my own house and paid for the sloppy work of Royal Maids. Save yourself the hassle, do not hire Royal Maids.

I was very happy with the wonderful cleaning job the ladies performed. They did things I didn’t request, but was so pleasantly surprised when I saw everything done. I couldn’t have done better myself. Thank you for the very professional and polite housekeeping job. The ladies, Meara and Alyssa, were very lovely. I would definitely have them back again.

They did a good job but they were only here one hour and not the hour and a half that I paid for.

I visited Florida with my family on business had to use a cleaning service before we left after 90 days of a stay. Please keep in mind my family is a total of 6 & with a dog. When the 2 employees arrived on time was very pleasant, very neat with their attire. I was very pleased that they briefly went over with me all of what was needed on my request. I can tell they take pride in their work. Omg these ladies did a marvelous job now all I had to do was pack up our clothes and leave. This cleaning service is top notch you can always tell how good an Employer is with their staff because their work shows in it. The home smelled so fresh. I received a call from the homeowner wanting to know did I or a cleaning service clean their home-when I told her a cleaning service she immediately asked me ( can I get their number) I have other properties. They did an excellent job.

We have been clients of Royal Maids for over 5 years. Always on time, very professional, thorough, and friendly! If there is ever a scheduling issue (have only had 2 the entire time), they communicate with you immediately and provide a solution. If you are looking to hire a cleaning company, do not hesitate to sign on with Royal Maids!

The ladies do a decent job of surface cleaning and are always pleasant. However the cost has increased $60 dollars in the last 6 months for the same service and I may look for a different provider. They are here less than an hour

Cleaners were friendly and did a great job. Very thorough in their work. Service is by hour and prices are somewhat high but I’m sure the current market is driving higher labor costs. They arrived a few minutes, we discussed the plan and they went to work. Overall happy with the service and recommend.

They were prompt, professional, efficient and left my home feeling brand new! The staff paid such great attention to detail and cleaned areas of my home that I just didn’t pay attention to before. I hired this maid service to clean my 2-bedroom condo. Heather and Steffany arrived to clean my condo and they were efficient in doing their job. Quite satisfied with results and bill was quite reasonable.

So grateful! I was in an emergent need of cleaning my Mom's home. She is being treated for Stage 4 Cancer and I needed her to be comfortable in a clean and tidy home. I called on a Thursday AM. 2 hours later, the professionals arrived! So kind and caring. This is will become a scheduled cleaning experience. Thank you!!!
