Amazing Experience
Headed over from Cardiff as what was available and the pricing looked better than what was available on this side of the bridge. Was definitely worth the trip. Great customer service, showing us what to do, explaining everything and setting up while we were completing the booking online, as we could get the great deal online on a Monday! (£30 for 60mins for 2 people with the BFF deal). The equipment was great and the games amazing. Would thoroughly recommend, my daughter wants to go back as soon as possible. Thanks.

Walked in with my partner today and was greeted by 2 extremely friendly staffs (one of them shares the same name as me!) They explained how things work and we quickly got into it with no time wasted. We enjoyed an hour of VR games (Beat Saber, Arizona Sunshine, and some other sport games). Overall it has been a really enjoyable experience with no technical difficulties experienced like one would expect in most tech-reliant business venues. And the staffs were all really nice! 10/10 Highly recommended and would come back again for more!

A great place to experience VR
Can’t really fault this place! The headsets are high-spec and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention infinitely patient and helpful. I only saw the “easy” games as my nine-year-old was playing, but they have all the classics from Beat Saber to Elven Archer, as well as some calmer experiences such as Kayak VR Mirage, and you can swap in and out of them as you like. The Twingo ride is very impressive and well worth the price. This was our second visit as my boy loved his first time and he really enjoyed this one too!

Worst VR experience yet. Imagine going into Claire's accessories 3 days after closing and you got a few headsets hanging from the ceiling. £54 for myself and 9 year old for half an hour. Terrible.

Great visit
Visited as the start of a stag party, great fun, lots of team games, the roller coaster and ultimate swing were great indiviual goes, staff were very helpful and always on hand if you got stuck. Don't let age stop you I'm in my 60's

Great fun for teenagers , patient & friendly assistant for mum
Took my teenage son, 15, so we could do something fun together. It was exactly that. Tbh I was pretty useless as I’ve never really played those sorts of console games but the assistant was super helpful and patient. Will totally bring my son back with his friends, the dual games are so much fun and better with people who know what they’re doing!!!

Such a fun time with the kids, staff were so friendly and helpful also which really made the experience that much better. We all loved the laser tag game playing with each other.

Spent an hour here. It’s quite hard to play games for that long. Have done one previously in a warehouse where you could move around but this is static. Worth a visit if you haven’t done it before

Brilliant scary fun
Brilliant scary fun. We defeated the zombies with only being a little bit eaten. Highly recommend. Helpful staff. Immersive. It is on the middle floor of the galleries shopping mall which is easy to find once you know that.

Had an absolute blast playing the VR laser tag and using the stationary VR. Did a really good job of accommodating a reasonably sized group and we all had a fantastic time.

Excellent staff support
My 11 and 8 year old had a great time visiting today. A very helpful member of staff was on hand to explain what they needed to do in the games and he seemed very well informed about everything and communicated it all clearly. The range of games and quality of equipment seems good and it was all easy for them to navigate themselves. Recommended.

Not great, rip off for an hour £30 each. Fruit ninja and some other blocky game. It's not out of this world at all. I'd say pretty much on par with psvr 1. Can't see this place lasting 6 months.
Good luck if they do. Value for money is no.
