Laura Lukasik was amazing to work with. She and her team helped plan flights and accommodation for 96 guests to our destination wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. In addition, she helped secure a room block contract with rates lower than listed on the hotel website. Everyone mentioned to us it was some of their best travel experiences due to the service provided. We could not have done this without her and would definitely use this company again. Thanks Laura!

We have used Laura Lukasik for our travel needs for over 25 years. The level of service we receive from her and her team never disappoints it is always top notch. We just returned from our Grand European river cruise Amsterdam to Budapest on Viking and we couldn't be happier with our experience and glad we followed Laura's advice. When speaking with other travelers on ship and discussing how Laura helped us, they usually said "mine didn't share that information with me ". The Viking pocket travel app is a great help and also impressed other travelers. Thanks Laura you're the best!

We have used Laura Lukasik at Viking Travel for years. Our recent trip to Italy was amazing. Venice to Florence to Siena to Positano, with more stops in between. All of our transfers and guides met us promptly and were very professional and friendly. The tours were all wonderful, with minimum wait times and great tour guides. Our private transfers were comfortable and the drivers friendly and helpful. We had a fun stop planned for each transfer. Our accommodations were comfortable and centrally located. Hotel staff were all extremely helpful with shopping and dining recommendations. We had a beautiful boat ride and tour of Murano and Burano in Venice. We had a wonderful tour of the Uffizi with an art history professor. We had enjoyed lunch and wine tasting in a Tuscan vineyard, and enjoyed a private car tour of the Amalfi drive, from Positano to Ravello. They uploaded all of our itinerary and contact information to the Pocket Travel app, so all our documents and schedule are easy to access, even offline. We did need to contact them to re-arrange our airport departure and it was handled quickly and easily. Laura planned it all, and we could just show up and enjoy. I cannot recommend Viking Travel enough.

We just returned from a magical trip to Italy planned by Becca Arkins at Viking Travel. Our trip was bookended by two weddings which made logistics more complicated. Becca made it all work! We enjoyed luxury accommodations, boat and walking tours from knowledgeable guides, transfers between accommodations and very detailed instructions. Viking uses the Pocket Travel app which is amazing. We had our itinerary, tickets, guides, everything about our trip right at our fingertips. We can't wait to talk with Becca about our next trip!

Mary Ann helped in planning our amazing trip to Hawaii. She planned knowing exactly what we were interested in. From the flights to our stay in Honolulu - Maui it couldn’t have been more perfect. Maryann helped us plan the most wonderful trip to Lake Como and Florence/Tuscany. We had a fabulous day-long boat tour, and 3 great tours in Tuscany which included a cooking class, vineyard tours and tours of a few towns. The drivers and tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable and really added to our experience. The hotels we stayed in were beyond description. And the contacts in Italy were very helpful when we changed our plans a bit due to the weather. It was a magical trip and Mary Ann was a delight to work with. We can’t speak highly enough of the experience!!

Laura Lukasik arranged a once in a lifetime trip to Portugal with a stop in the Azores our family of six adults! It was the first time in Portugal for us, we enjoyed the history of Lisbon and the relaxation and beauty of the Agrarve region! Our dinning experiences were fantastic we couldn't decide on which meal we enjoyed the most! Our favorite however was the Azores a tropical paradise. We did a bike tour of Sete Cidaes which is an active volcano the views were breathtaking! We hiked five miles in Janela do Inferno with views we won't soon forget. We spent an evening sailing on a luxury vessel while experiencing the magnificent views of Sao Miguel. Our final excursion was a trip to Furnas a hot springs with an awe inspiring botanical gardens. I would highly recommend a trip to Portugal that includes time in the Azores.

We’ve been using Viking Travel for many years and have not regretted it once. We are currently planning another cruise and trust Mary Ann to obtain the fairest arrangement for us as she has in the past. I rarely book directly now save for small trips. Thanks!

My husband and I worked with Becca Arkins to plan our honeymoon. Becca really took the time to get to know us, learn our interests, and understand what we wanted out of our honeymoon. She offered us numerous options within our price range and we ended up choosing to visit Sandals La Toc in St. Lucia. Our trip was absolutely wonderful and we enjoyed numerous excursions, yummy food and drinks, and most importantly relaxation. We couldn't have made the trip possible without the help from Becca - highly recommend her for your travel needs as she is always happy to accommodate your wishes and answer any questions before and during your trip! we had a wonderful Iceland cruise with Viking cruise line . Great tours. The food and service were outstanding. We were able to use the private dining rooms with special service. The Iceland scenery is unique and spectacular. After one week on the Viking Mars ship, we flew to Edinburgh, Scotland where were greeting by our driver and taken to the Balmoral Hotel. Very luxurious with perfect service. The next day we boarded the Royal Scotsman train to travel the upper Scotland Highlands. The accommodations on the train were as expected with smaller cabins with comfortable bed and bathroom . The daily tours were great. The staff was very attentive. The train tour was 5 days and 4 nights which was the perfect length. The meals and nightly activities were all very well done.. The staff always seemed to know what we wanted. Our trip was arranged by Laura Lukasik . She did an outstanding job. I would recommend her for any travel .

Becca Arkins was instrumental in making sure our trip to the Amalfi Coast was exactly what we hoped for. After our first call with Becca to discuss where we wanted to go, Becca was prompt to help coordinate excursions, hotels, and any transfers we needed. She provided us with lots of options of things we could do while keeping in mind the budget we had for our trip. Becca is extremely detail-oriented and knowledgeable - from planning what time we would need to leave for a transfer, curating the best excursions (a boat day to Capri and cooking class/lemon farm tour in Amalfi) to us checking into our hotel to find a bottle of champagne or sweet treat with a note from Becca waiting for us when we arrived. My husband and I just returned from a one week Viking Cruise around Iceland. It was the perfect vacation! Everything was planned out without a hitch. We truly never had to think! From Iceland, we flew to Ireland and were greeted by our driver Mossy who drove us all around the Island. He was so knowledgable and could not have been nicer! I cried when we said our goodbyes. Laura Lukasik was the best organizer and we would recommend her to anyone!

Rebecca Arkins blew us away with her wonderful Italy Itinerary! She's very charismatic and most importantly a very good listener. We are a family of four and she thoughtfully planned each city adventure so well. We talked a few times prior to the trip to make sure everything was in place. She was very generous with her time. From the activities to the hotels every part of our trip was tremendous. We visited four different cities so it was a very detailed process and she was more than up for the task! Becca has been to Italy countless times so if that's your choice, she is the one for you. We enjoyed a cooking class in Florence, e-biking in Cinque Terre, Coliseum and Vatican tours, a winery tour near Chianti and so much more. All of the details were seamless. And it was honestly our best vacation to date!! I highly recommend Becca's services for any international destination.

We have been working with Laura Lukasik as our travel agent for years and she is outstanding. She has meticulously planned our trips to Hawaii, Bora Bora, Italy & Greece, to name a few. But with our most recent trip to Scotland, she went above and beyond. She organized the many specific rounds of golf my husband had requested, selected exceptional hotels along the route and provided many options for the non-golfers. This was another amazing trip we can check off our bucket list. Laura is always there to provide assistance if and when there are any unforeseen travel issues that may come up. This added service is invaluable, especially in a foreign country, and why I have found using a travel agent is so important.
