I initially contacted VSP to install an inverter, which they did exceptionally quickly and with the utmost professionalism. It proved it's worth during the worst of load shedding. I subsequently contacted them again to supply and install solar panels. This took longer to complete but that was due to a country wide supply shortage. The panels were installed while we were out of the country and it's thanks to the VSP team that the whole process went so well. I cannot speak highly enough of Gert Grobbelaar and VSP for their professional competence and response.

I have used Virtual Sense for four installations of back up power. There service was extremely professional at all times. Their follow up with the few small system glitches that were experienced along the way was very very good. They made sure that everything was 100%. On subsequent occasions where I have had to call them because of my lack of technical knowledge they have always been available and have been quick to resolve.

Virtual Sense Power installed an inverter with battery at my factory and it was great dealing with them. They were professional and efficient, but the best part was the fact that Gert would come over when I called him. We are only a small business, but I felt that I was important.
