I had a good first time user experience. However failed to get the vehicle (RAV4) i had requested and the vehicle I finally got was delivered abit late beyond the pick up time that was in the agreement. Those are areas for improvement. Looking forward for more of your services in the future.

Hired a vehicle from Vincent. We got the company details after a search on Goggle. The lady on the phone, Leah, was pleasant, polite and professional and later, we met Vincent, who brought the rental to our preferred location. The car was in good condition just as described online and Vincent was fantastic to deal with accommodating our needs, especially with kids. It's a family business that certainly cares about customer service, quality of products and going an extra mile, which they did. Can't wait to use their services again and would certainly recommend them to anyone going to Kenya.

Totally rude and unprofessional.
Committed to deliver a vehicle, and after not showing up when we inquired we got a rude yell down and hanged up on.
Male staff - probably ownersl - blamed the disconnect to junior lady staff and passed his irritation to customer.
Will never use this service.
