Seriously if you don't use Vista Plumbing for your next plumbing or bathroom remodel you are missing out. From Brooke giving me great customer service to Ray outstanding work on the plumbing and coordinating everyone to get the work done. He always kept me in the loop and what was needed to be done next. The cost was a great price for everything that they had to do, way cheaper than I expected. Thank you Brooke and Ray, I absolutely love my bathroom for the first time in 23 years!

Horrible customer service. They were recommended so I hung in there. Took them two days to get back to me another two day to schedule and they now told me that they are running behind but cannot give me any time. I had to text and call to get this info. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I see the have. 3.9 rating. Doubt that good.

I apologize that you are unhappy with our customer service. As mentioned last week I was working out of the office. This caused a slower than normal response. I did return your calls, responded to your email and also your text messages. I tried scheduling you for Friday 26th but you requested for today Monday July 29th I fit you in the schedule. Unfortunately unforeseen situations happen occasionally and it's unfortunate that it occurred today causing my technician to run behind. Vista Plumbing Inc has been in business since 1992 and our customers have always been our top priority. We are sorry that we were unable to satisfy your expectations.

Super impressed with Vista Plumbing. We had a water heater that needed to be replaced quickly, they were able to come out and assess the same afternoon (I called around 2), then return the following morning, switch out the water heater, redo all the connections and bring everything up to date. They were super nice, left the area clean, and were reasonably priced.

Vista and Bonsall share a border. Vista Way in becomes Old River Rd, Bonsall. This Vista based company refused to send help to my place in Bonsall which is closer to their offices than much of Vista. Disappointing.

I was very pleased with the experience with Vista Plumbing.
Initially it seemed as if my water heater was leaking in my garage and I called another business first that I found on google. When I spoke to the woman on the phone and described the problem, she asked me for the serial number and make of my water heater first. I provided her with that information and she told me it was installed in 2005 and it needed to be replaced as they recommend replacing water heaters every 8-10 years and that it would cost about $1800 to replace. I said if it needs to be replaced we can talk about that later but first and foremost I wanted to see if it was indeed my water heater leaking first before I spent $1800 on a replacement or if it was something else in my house. She said it would cost me $160 for a tech to come visit my house and additional $60 to diagnose the problem. It seemed this company was just about their bottom line so that's when I said I would shop around.
I came across Vista Plumbing and told them the problem. They didn't ask me about the serial number of my water heater, the make, etc. but rather they sent someone to my house within 45 mins and didn't charge me for the visit either. The tech they sent over was Keith, who was able to find the pipe that was leaking (wasn't my water heater) and fixed some other things in my house as well. Before he departed, Keith did mention that my heater was 11 years old (not 16 years which I was previously told by the other company over the phone) and that he would recommend replacing it in the near future "whenever I was ready." He was not pushy at all about it like the first company I called and I really appreciated it. I will definitely call Vista Plumbing back in a few months when I'm looking to get it replaced. If you are looking for anything plumbing related in the area....call Vista Plumbing!!!!!

The plumber showed up on time and actually called when he was about 30 minutes away. He had the necessary repair part on his van and was able to complete the job in approx. 90 minutes. Nice attitude and cleaned up the area before he departed the bathroom. I can't say enough about Vista Plumbing. This is the 2nd time I have used their services and it is always perfect. Maybe a little pricey but to me it is worth knowing the job will be done right the 1st time.

We found ourselves in need of a plumber around 11:30am today when our kitchen sink started backing up with water, which in turn led to the deep sink in the garage backing up with water and leaking all over the garage floor. I called three different plumbing companies and Vista Plumbing was the one that could get to us the soonest. Emily was great on the phone and gave us a service window of 2:00 - 4:00pm. We were pleasantly surprised to get a call around 12:45pm letting us know they were ready to help us early. We were excited to not have to wait for the 2 - 4pm window. Ray was at our house about 15 minutes later.
Ray snaked our pipes from one side of the house but couldn't find the blockage so went to the other side of the house to snake it. In the end he was able to remove the blockage and both sinks started draining the standing water. The process was pretty quick and didn't cost us an arm and a leg. Ray was very professional and just an all-around nice person.
Out of the three companies we called, it took an hour and a half for one company to call us back to let us know they wouldn't be able to send someone to help until the following day and we have yet to hear from the other company. I feel that we got really lucky that Vista Plumbing was able to help us out today. I highly recommend their services and will most certainly plan to use them again in the future if/when we need plumbing services again.

The plumber showed up on time and was very pleasant and professional. He completed the job in approximately 1/2 hour which I thought was amazing. He took all packing materials with him and left the counter spotless. He did not try to oversell me any additional items over and above the work I asked to be performed. I would definately use Vista Plumbing in the future.
