I have had been customer of vital europe for about nearly 6 years now had treatment in London,but also two visits to Budapest and treatment and care was fantastic,and also very good value and honest,as some treatment ended up cheaper and great service

It’s my second time with Vital Europe for a treatment of fillings and this time three implants too. All staff are very professional and friendly. Most importantly though, the outcomes of the treatment are amazing. I hope that after this treatment I don’t have to do many more :), but if I have to (I guess I’m getting older), then I’ll definitely always go back to Vital Europe.

A restoration failed and I immediately attended an emergency appointment and then embarked on a search for the restoration to be replace which was how I came in contact with VitalEurope. I booked the free consultation after which I received my no obligation treatment plan from my treatment coordinator David Benya, it contained photos of the team assigned for my treatment with the London and Budapest prices. I scheduled the treatment in Budapest due to the difference in cost booked my flight and accommodation and two weeks later I was sitting in the treatment chair with Dr Attila in Budapest, having met him for my free consultation in London, after Dr Máté Kelemen a highly accomplished dental professional who graduated with summa cum laude from the Faculty of Dentistry at the Medical University of Debrecen in 2012 approved my treatment. The appointment was 30 minutes for the impression to be taken. I returned to VE four days later for the fitting and headed to the airport for my return flight. Budapest has extensive public transport networks which are connected to google for tracking. I stayed in the city centre, Uber in Budapest meet you at the location you book from no need to worry about not finding the driver, cost approx. £8 to VE from city centre. I took the tram/bus which stops directly outside VE for the fitting appointment which is equivalent to a bus fare. From VE you can take an express airport bus non-stop 4 minutes away from VE. My new crown is better than the one it replaced more modern, 10 times more aesthetically pleasing and more advanced skills were applied to my treatment. I am 100% happier and assure you my treatment team were outstanding and recommend VitalEurope who live up to their commitment in providing affordable, quality dental care.

Vital Europe fitted implants for me, supporting a top denture, in 2008. They were both efficient and professional; I have had no problems since then. Therefore it was a no-brainer to choose Vital again this year when I needed implants in my bottom jaw. Once again they surpassed my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an expert, experienced and caring service.

I have just completed a long course of treatment with VitalEurope and they have been amazing. I needed extensive treatment due to years of illness causing damage to my teeth. My first appointment in London gave me the confidence to go ahead and start the treatment plan which involved extractions, an implant, crowns and bridges. I'm a nervous patient but was able to cope due to the kindness and professionalism of all staff in London and Budapest. The appointments in Budapest were well organised for me and again a very high standard of professionalism from all involved. The standard of treatment has been outstanding and the end result is I can now smile without feeling embarrassed or self conscious . I can't thank all involved in my treatment enough and would encourage anyone in need of dental treatment to go for a consultation.

Can highly recommend this dental clinic . Went there over 16 years ago and was more than happy with the results. When I needed more treatment now ,I had no hesitation in going back to Budapest. It’s great that you can be seen in their London clinic and everything is clearly explained to you. Vitaleurope gave me excellent service over the 9 months of my treatment. Besides the superb dental work they organised the booking of accommodation airport transfers etc I have had non stop compliments on my new 'smile'

VitalEurope was recommended to me by a friend - the dual London and Budapest treatment options appealed to me - but I still did my own research before going to them and ultimately choosing them for my treatment. My treatment involved an operation to remove old crown post, implant operation and all treatment leading up to implant exposure and then, in Budapest, fitting of crown and porcelain. All treatment was top quality from all practitioners - this extended to staff who had to measure and fit me for partial denture as tooth in question was a front tooth. Of course, this is the most important aspect of all. But of equal importance was the level of communication from ALL members of staff regarding treatment plan, appointments and treatment - from telephone and in-person reception and administrative staff, in both London and Budapest, up to surgeons. No aspect of my treatment was rushed nor was I coerced to accept final results, eg. when final porcelain crown was fitted to implant. Options and views on aesthetics were given but no pressure applied to accept things as they were. Also (and I have been around a few decades now!) my experience with dentists is a less than transparent full coating of a treatment plan. Not with VE, fully itemised and costed from start to finish, including differences in cost between certain parts of treatment taking place in either London or Budapest. That reminds me, I need to follow up on the email I got a few weeks later to check all was good with my treatment. This is a reflection of the extent of customer focus and service of VE. My overall experience exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

I recently received treatment with Vital Europe for a series of implants and crown work. The process from the initial consultation in London to the dental work in Budapest and aftercare in London has been excellent, very professional dentistry. The staff in London and Budapest are very friendly and helpful. The service provided good value for money with great results. I would highly recommend Vital Europe.
