I've had a great experience with vital europe over the past year, I visited their London clinic where they done an assessment of what i needed to have done then travelled to budapest a few months after to begin my treatment, i was really unwell on my first trip and the whole team in budapest were so attentive and looked after me so incredibly well! 😀 the implant procedure was practically painless and much easier than id anticipated! I returned 6 months later to have my crowns fitted which went really well and i had a great time exploring budapest and seeing all the sights. On my return to england i had an issue with the fit one of the crowns so i contacted vital europe they saw me straight away at the london clinic and then agreed to make a new crown under the guarantee, i returned to budapest 5 months later to have it fitted and now all my treatment is finished and im so pleased with the results. Absolutely life changing. Amazing experience overall with both clinics and i saved a huge amount going to budapest and made beautiful memories each time. Highly recommended vital europe, every dentist i had was great and the team of staff at the clinic are beyond amazing im actually sad i wont be returning anytime soon to see them all, the kindest people who made the whole experience perfect. Thank you so much to you all! I recommend them highly and if i need anything else done in the future i will definitely jump at the chance to go with vitaleurope again!

Pour une clinique sensée tout faire dévitaliser une dent est trop compliqué!!! Ils m envoient chez un sous traitant ne parlant pas Français et très désagréable dans un immeuble vétuste a l'inverse de la clinique .n'ayant pas confiance , je refuse ce sous traitant. je leur demande une solution. N'étant pas apte a faire cette dévitalisation ils me renvoient sans soins en France( 2800kms en voiture) Profitez de ma désastreuse experiance et ne soyez pas crédule comme je l'ai été

Après des années de galère à avoir été maltraité, charcuté et escroqué (un implant "en solde" posé dans la mâchoire supérieure décalcifiée...), refusé car pas déjà patient/client auparavant et vu des devis (3000€ pour un implant) j'avais baissé les bras et j'avais fini par me dire qu'il n'y aurait d'autre solution que de regarder ma dentition se dégrader et les dents tomber... Et puis, après avoir entendu beaucoup de choses sur les traitements à l'étranger, notamment en Hongrie j'ai fait des recherches approfondies et je me suis décidé pour VitalEurope. J'ai donc pris rendez-vous (gratuit) à Paris pour faire évaluer le travail à effectuer et deux jours après, je recevais deux devis, un à 7000€ et un à 10000€ pour un bridge 8 dent pour la mâchoire supérieure et 4 implants de molaires mâchoire inférieure. Presque trop beau pour y croire...J'ai opté pour le devis avec les meilleurs matériels et j'ai croisé les doigts pour ne pas être une victime de plus d'une grosse arnaque telle qu'il en existe tant via Internet. Alors une grosse respiration, mon billet d'avion en poche, et me voici un an plus tard (4 voyages en tout) avec un GRAND sourire ! Des amis me l'ont fait remarquer, c'est plutôt que jusque là j'évitais... Clairement, pour moi qui ait un métier dans lequel je rencontre beaucoup de monde (je travaille dans le spectacle) c'est un véritable cadeau que de n'avoir plus à me poser la question de mon apparence dès que je rencontre quelqu'un, cette fameuse "première impression". Bon ça ne m'a pas rendu beau (ils ne font pas miracle non plus :) ) mais au moins je ne démarre plus une relation avec des points de retard, plutôt avec une bouche propre et présentable, et ça, ça compte toujours. Sans compter le plaisir de pouvoir remanger et mastiquer normalement, sans douleur, quel soulagement ! Et pour ce qui est des gens qui s'occupent de vous, ils sont juste adorables. Tous ont un grand sens professionnel, un grand sens de l'humain et une grande écoute, ça change... Les traitements peuvent être lourds à subir, vous ne commencez jamais une séance sans qu'on vous ait clairement expliqué ce qui va se passer et pourquoi, traduction dans votre langue comprise. Et comme vous êtes pris en charge par des professionnels extrêmement compétent qui réduisent au maximum les douleurs que vous pourriez ressentir, tout ça se passe idéalement bien, avec des gens extrêmement attentionnés et humains. Et tout ça en un temps record, vraiment impressionnant. Ils vous passent un stylo qui fait de la musique dans la bouche et hop, deux jours après vous avez vos implants ou votre bridge posé, EXACTEMENT ajusté à votre dentition ! Woaw... Voilà donc le résumé de mon expérience, une chose est sûre, si je dois refaire d'autres choses au niveau des dents c'est vers eux que je viendrai en premier. Szeretnék köszönetet mondani,a Vitaleurope ott dolgozóinak. Jó pár klinikában jártam már,és soha sehol nem tapasztaltam ilyen kedvességet,türelmet,emberközpontúságot mint ezen a Klinikán. Ahogy beléptem rögtön kávéval és vízzel kínáltak,mindenről tájékoztattak időben. Gyerekkori trauma miatt,a fogorvoshoz járás ezen napig életem elsőszámú félelme közé volt sorolható a remegés és az ájulás határához közel. A bölcsesség fogam húzását megelőzően röntgen felvétel készült ahol egy kedves hölgy nem sajnálva az idejét több mint 40 percet szánt rám,hogy részletesen mindent megbeszéljünk,soha nem tapasztaltam hogy ennyi időt szánna egy Klinika is a pácienseire. Kis várakozás után behívtak a rendelőbe ahol Dr Dudás Péter felkészített a foghúzásra és külön kiemelném kedves asszisztensét aki,látván mennyire aggódom zenét kapcsolt,ablakot nyitott hogy friss levegőhöz jussak,és végig foghattam a kezét ami számomra óriási támaszpont volt egy ilyen kiszolgáltatott helyzetben és simogatta az arcomat. :) A doktor úr profizmusát,türelmét,és szakértelmét még másnap és harmadnap is éreztem,mert a fogam helyén minimális fájdalmat éreztem,annak köszönhetően,hogy szép lassan húzta ki a fogamat,1 perces pihenőidőkkel. Minden köszönök az ott dolgozóknak,ha lehet foghúzást szép emlékként említeni akkor ez 100%-ban az volt,és mindenkinek ajánlani tudom ezt a helyet aki egy picit is fél. Köszönöm.

Personnel très accueillant et attentif. D'excellents professionnels. Bon suivi des soins. On se sent prit en charge avec des rapports humains.Prise en charge de certains frais annexes aux soins. A chaque radio panoramique le port d'un tablier de plomb est obligatoire, j'ai passé des radios en France aucune protection n'est proposée. Les soins sont remboursés au tarif sécurité sociale. Le prix est la moitié de celui de France. Budapest est une superbe ville pour agrémenter le séjour. Je conseille cet établissement.

Accueil personnalisé agréable, très bonne écoute et pédagogie explicative de l'ensemble des membres de la clinique, grande patience et professionnalisme des docteurs. Opération effectuée sans douleur et prothèses parfaitement réalisées, dans des délais record.

I've been a patient with Vitaleurope for many years and i can honestly say the level of professionalism, the attention to detail and dental surgery skills is second to none. You start with a consultation in the London office again handled with great care and sensitivity throughout a detailed dental plan is worked out, with full costs and order on treatment. If required you then go to Budapest, hotel is arranged and pick up from the airport in my case I did. And from there the front of house team take over, always welcoming always keeping you informed and generally managing a seamless overall process. Then the treatment handled by Dr Peter Dudas and an array of very competent very skilled clinical staff who work like a well oiled machine, to produce the end result. And i have to say i have not been disappointed at all, so thank you all.......

I could not recommend Vital Europe highly enough. I have just completed my treatment with them having first been treated in 2010 for replacement of an old NHS bridge. Since then I have returned for full dental work and I am delighted with the results. The whole team from the customer coordinator Georgia to the staff in London and Budapest are friendly and professional to deal with. My dentist Dr Szaszovszky worked wonders fitting crowns on my difficult original teeth with a relaxed and kind bedside manner. The results are excellent both in appearance and performance. Above all, it was a pleasure to visit and enjoy all that Budapest has to offer, which is fast becoming one of my favorite cities (aside from London of course!). Ça fait 11 ans que je me suis fait refaire tout la dentition et franchement rien n'a bouger super boulot. Mon dentiste en France qui me suis pour l'entretien m'a dis que s'était un super boulot.

Még mindig azon hitetlenkedem, hogy "orvosfóbiával" fogorvosról írok, ráadásul jókat, de hála Istenek, ez a valóság. Rendkívül felkészültek, nagyon kedvesek és mindent a rendelkezésünkre bocsátanak (gyógyszer, írásos tanács stb.). Kezelő orvosom altatásos fogászat miatt javasolta a VitalEurope csapatát és dr. Kelemen Máté szájsebész urat 4 bölcsességfog eltávolításához, én meg ragaszkodtam az altatáshoz és ahhoz, hogy mindez egyszerre történjen. Már a konzultáción is láttam, hogy jó kezekben leszek. Sajnos le kellett mondanom az előzetesen foglalt időpontot, de mindenki a csapatban, az aneszteziológus doktornőtől kezdve az ügyfélszolgálaton át azon dolgozott, hogy minél előbb meg tudjuk oldani ezt a műtétet, ami mégis megtörtént a tervezett napon. Itt külön köszönöm Benya Dávid úrnak és kolléganőinek, akikkel a héten többet beszéltem, mint a saját családommal. A műtét napján úgy ment minden, mint a karikacsapás. Az aneszteziológus doktornő percek alatt felvette az előzményeket, a korábban küldött leleteim már korábban látta, Kelemen Doktor Úr is azonnal tudta, mi volt a korábban feltett kérdésem, addigra már konzultált a többi kollégájával, így a megérkezésemet követő 5. percben már aludtam is, ami abban az idegállapotban nagyon jó volt. Még fel sem fogtam, hogy izgulnom kéne, már ébresztettek is. Ébredés után a torkom enyhe fájdalmán kívül semmit sem éreztem. A pihenőszobába a Klinika Vezető Asszony sokszor bejött, vizet, takarót hozott, ellátott tanácsokkal. Eleinte nem hittem el, hogy a beavatkozáskor szájsebész is jelen volt, nem csak kellemesen aludtam az aneszteziológus társaságában, mert a sebek helye és az állkapocs nem fájt. Doktor Úrtól kaptam fájdalomcsillapítót, amiből tanácsra, megelőzésként egy darabot este bevettem, de ezzel ki is merült a gyógyszer szedés. A beavatkozás vérprofi lehetett, mert a gyógyulási idő alatt, a mai napig csillapítás nélkül sem fáj, nem dagad, nem színeződött, semmi sem történt. Enni természetesen kihívás mind a 4 terület bolygatása után de mára, a műtétet követő 5. napra már nem kellet turmixolni az édesburgonyát és főtt céklát, csak a csirkehúst :). Az orvos tanácsait természetesen be kell tartani, nem olyan nagy dolog egy hétig figyelni, mint az esetleges szövődmények gyógyítása. Ha mindezt, amin átmentem előre tudtam volna, nem görcsölök a stressztől egy hónapig. Ébredés után arra halványan emlékszem, hogy követeltem a Doktor Urat, de amikor bejött azon túl, hogy talán kábultan véletlenül hasba vertem, nem emlékszem, hogy kimondtam-e a köszönöm szót. The dental bridge that Vital Europe Budapest installed for me in January 2022 started to hurt after 6 months, but the dentist insisted that there was no issue and just suggested to observe. After nearly half-a-year long observation, he still thought there was nothing he could do. So, I asked for changing my dentist. In December, 2022, My newly designated dentist found the “inflammation issue”，but introduced me to another Clinic named the Endodent Clinic for the reason that Vital Europe lacked a piece of medical equipment. When I asked if the treatment was covered by the 3-year warranty，the reply was the dentist was only responsible for installing the bridge and the subsequent inflammation was not covered by the warranty. Nonetheless, I came to the Endodent clinic with hope. The dentist charged me 20,000 HUF to take an X-ray of the bridge then told me there was no inflammation, which made me totally confused. So, I asked her to contact Vital Europe directly. The drama began after the phone call. The dentist overthrew her diagnostic result completely and said there was indeed inflammation that required treatment. And I discussed with her about the possibility of removing the bridge and replacing it with implants. She said they had no dental implants business. In fact, when I first arrived at this clinic, I had consulted the front desk about various costs, including implants. At that moment I realized there was no need to waste any time there. After that, I consulted a number of dentists from other clinics, and the final conclusion was that the CT scan did show no inflammation, while there was a problem with the closure of the bridge, which caused food residue to easily get embedded in it. Now I have had the bridge removed, re-implanted with no problems at all. Every time, before I went to the clinic, I wrote email to my dentist about my detailed symptoms in case I was not able to express myself completely and accurately during the treatment, but the dentist told me that he didn’t read them. When I said the word “pain” to him, he said he didn’t understand and corrected my pronunciation. Furthermore, I checked with him if I could remove the dental bridge and replace with implants. He explained that it would be too difficult to implant due to my gum condition, and also removing the bridge would hurt adjacent teeth badly. Now the fact prove that he was completely wrong since I have taken these treatments at other clinics. On the 3rd December 2023, I sent a complaint letter to Vital Europe，and received a reply from customer service on 12th December said: “I have forwarded your email to the management to investigate your case，We’ll be back in touch soon.” From then on, there was NO ANY REPLY. Pas simple mais efficace et bonheur assuré ! Toute ma vie complexé par ma dentition. En effet, j'en ai pas pris suffisamment soins dans ma jeunesse. Dès mes 40 ans mon dentiste local m'arrachait 1 dent tout les 3 ans. "ce n'est pas grave me disait-il, je vois des personnes âgées sans dents qui mangent des steaks" ! A l'aube des mes 52 ans, une parodontie se déclare sur ma mâchoire supérieure. Je contacte un chirurgien dentiste dans mon secteur qui me dit qu'il faut toute arracher les dents du haut. Le bas n'était touché par la Parodontie mais n'était pas très jojo esthétiquement. Devis 25 000 € rien que pour le haut ! Malgré le lobbying des dentistes Français contre les soins à l'étranger, j'ose consulté des cliniques étrangères. Mon choix se porte sur Vital Europe par rapport à sa réputation et ses avis. Suite à une consultation sur Paris, je reçois mon devis d'une valeur de 14 000 € AVEC LA RÉFECTION DE LA MÂCHOIRE INFÉRIEURE... Je compare, les matériaux, les délais de traitement etc... L'analyse entre les 2 devis est de même... La décision est mûre et je programme mon intervention. Inutile de dire que l'arrachement des dents est psychologiquement difficile ! C'est ce qui ma coûté le plus... Ceci est mon histoire mais sans doute pas la vôtre ! La suite est top avec Vital Europe ! Jamais en France on vous réservera un accueil dans ce type de soins. Tout est expliquer en Français avant les soins, scanner avant, scanner après... En cas de problème, des solutions sont proposés, et avec ça Budapest est une ville magnifique et attachante.

Másfél éves kezelésen vettem részt impalntátum beültetésekkel. A legelső vizit után rávilágítottak a komplex problémáimra, ami az alapos kivizsgálás után történt. Előtte is privát klinikákat látogattam és soha nem kaptam igazi információkat a problémáimról, az esetleges jövőbeli veszélyekről és folyamatos életminőség romlásról. A hosszú út végén elégedett vagyok az eredménnyel, nagyon szép munkát végzett az egész csapat. Visszakaptam az önbizalmam és végre önfeledten tudok mosolyogni. Ezúton is szeretném megköszönni Dr Dudás Péternek és Dr Kelemen Máténak az asszisztensek a recepció az egész csapat kiváló munkáját, türelmét. A hangulat is kiváló fiatalos lendületes. Bátran tudom ajánlani.

Dental treatment is not nice at the best of times - and when you have had a childhood of eating too many sweets, then at some point you will require major dental treatment. VitalEurope were excellent throughout my time with them in the London and Budapest surgeries after a friend had recommended them. Unable to have implants, VitalEurope suggested two bridge crowns which were undertaken within a 5 day visit to Hungary. They are very professional, considerate and efficient. The Budapest surgery makes the crowns upstairs so any adjustments are easily achieved within their own building. The dental doctors, staff and admin are all friendly and helpful and make a scary experience much more relaxing. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they are good value for the service and I am very happy I have a mouth full of teeth again. Thank you VitalEurope. ps. Budapest is a great city to visit as well btw!
