we had to put our personal car in the shop for around 4 days and viz car rental was walking distance from the shop... Vishal got us in a rental that fit our family of 6 quick and at a low cost!... we also have just moved to Australia and he went out of his way to give us insight on certain traffic laws that we were not aware of to protect us from any tickets! First time using Viz Car Rentals and the experience has been nothing but amazing. Honest, good old fashioned customer service and very affordable prices. I was originally supposed to have my rental car for 4 days, but other circumstances came up in between and I had to extend my rental. So, I contacted Vishal and he extended the duration of my rental for another 10 days, even giving me a $15/day discount because I needed to extend for a bit longer. What an absolute legend!

You get good safe, fuel efficient cars at very affordable rates. I will 100% be recommending them to family and friends. The best car rental place in Brisbane hands down! I will be bringing my business back here again, if I need to rent another car. Thanks Vishal, your a legend mate!

The hospitality was good, but the service was disappointing. I hired a car, but the main feature I need in a car doesn’t work. These basic features are important for a holiday, and I wasn’t informed of these issues beforehand. Overall, I was unhappy with the service.

I believe you are referring to Apple Car Play, while we understand the importance of apple car play but not every vehicle we have has it, but 70% of vehicles do and as we are adding new cars we are ensuring all cars will have them, if you have told us at the time of your booking how important this feature was than we would have most defiantly catered to your request, we have customers who have special request and we cater to everything we can, apart from that we upgraded you to a SUV for a sedan, provided free airport drop off because you had chosen to bring back a day early and provided a complimentary phone holder for your convenience of use maps , and as per our contract we don't do refund for early drop off but to partly compensate we did that, I just feel 1 star for not having apple car play feature is a bit too harsh on us. We work very hard to provide the best service possible and being a small budget friendly rental business we don't have brand new cars that have the latest feature but we have to good reliable cars with best service possible. Excellent experience renting a car with Vit Car Rentals.

I needed a car the next day and they got back to me immediately on availability and with a great competitive price.

The car pick up was very smooth and easy.

When I returned the car, it was all really straightforward and stressless.

The owner was really kind to offer me a car ride to a convenient location for me to get back home without having to walk in the sun and wait long for public transport (as it was a public holiday when I returned the car).

Five out of five star experience and high recommend to others! I would definitely rent a car with these guys again!

So glad i came across Viz Car Rental, Vishal was very helpful and accommodating from the first call i made to enquire about care hire in Brisbane , from then i knew this was the car rental we were going to go with. His prices are competitive and the service was amazing. He called me the day before to confirm the pick up from the airport and also messaged me the day before he was going to drop us off at the airport. Contacted them same day and respond to us immediately, gave us a good deal, picked us up so we can make the transaction in his office because we don’t have a car to use, also drop us off at the airport on our last day with a pretty good deal. overall Easy to transact with.
