Oil change on my old 1998 Honda Accord.

I come here for all my oil changes and tire rotations. Service is affordable and fast as it normally done within an hour. Today when I brought it in, they had it completed in 40 minutes( I was a walkin) and had even went above and beyond to top off my tires with air (something I had needed to do but hadnt gotten to yet). The staff are always friendly and knowledgable and never try to upsell me on things I dont need. I 100% trust them with my car care needs and highly recommend.

Scheduled a tire installation at 9 am. Received a text when service began at 11. Car was ready at 11:45. I had requested a tire rotation as well which was an additional $23. At checkout I requested to have that taken off for my inconvenience of waiting. I requested to speak to a manager. The mechanic came back told me I had to pay so I didn’t speak to the manager. When I complained about my appointment being at 9 he said he couldn’t do anything. He stated they were understaffed and not his fault. I stated if that’s the case they shouldn’t accept appointments at that time if they know they’re gonna be behind. I was ignored and just told to pay. Would not recommend

Showed up with very little notice and while it took a little while, they did it relatively quickly and did a great job

I dropped my car off to them for a TMPS sensor in the tire. Fast and efficient great customer service

I live in Pennsylvania but was in town for a football game. On the 400 mile drive here a tire on my Jeep began to leak. Due to the emergency circumstances I arrived at this Walmart at 7:00 am (opening time) to ensure I was first in line to get the tire replaced so I wouldn’t have to worry about my long drive home. When talking to the employee about the tire I needed, I noticed no other customers showed up. Therefore I requested an oil change as well because I was planning on having that done the following week with my home dealership. The employee complained that I was there early and how they had appointments starting at 8:00, but that they would get the service done when they could. After I gave him my keys I went back to my hotel room awaiting a call when the service was done. Maybe 30 minutes later I was called by him stating they couldn’t get the lug nuts off my Jeep. When I went back to the Walmart I offered to use my manual lug nut jack to attempt to remove them, they refused because of “store policy”. After that I sarcastically asked if they didn’t change my oil because they couldn’t get the lug nuts off for that. They responded by telling me they forgot to add that on the service order. It’s obvious they were angry I showed up at 7:00 am without an appointment and refused service for my vehicle. A one star rating does not do justice to this establishment, I have give them negative stars if it was possible.

I walked in at 4pm to see if I could get 2 tires put on there rims and overheard them tell a customer that they installed the wrong tires on his car. There was no apology or anything given and I think the customer was done shopping so he had to wait even longer. I was told I couldn’t drop my tires off because it was too late and they were already so busy for the day. They close at 7pm. This is the second Walmart I tried and won’t be going back ever. Discount Tires has always been better and more efficient so that is where I am going.

I went there to install tire as scheduled but they said your tire not arrived yet.

came to this Walmart location today trying to locate a tire warranty and the woman was getting irritated with us because we had a few different numbers to provide for her. So we then asked what the cheapest tire we can get to which she replied “oh now you want me to find a you a new tire?”. She then proceeded to say I’m gonna go help someone else and literally walked off leaving us standing there. I went inside to find a manager only to find a a lady behind the counter with a giant line. Now I’m inside and stuck as I always forget those doors lock behind you and I asked to be let out , was ignored, stated louder MY CHILD IS OUTSIDE, he was with with his father but it was hot and he was as sick and I had the car Keys. I had to demand again once more to be let out of the store and she slightly turned and pushed a button, the door opened/it was THAT easy. It was that simple and my cry’s for help to get back to my son shouldn’t of taken that long. I was in straight panic mode after she ignored me the 1st time. Not to mention before that a lady in the line card wouldn’t go thru and this same employee was laughing and looking at the line of people to get them to laugh and smile along with her. No one did- we were shocked and the poor lady was mortified.. Yeah I don’t l know why but I’m always still so surprised when I come across such horrible customer service. Do better!!
