I received great counsel! The attorney could have easily put a plan in action that would have involved a couple of thousand dollars but instead gave me free advice and sent me on my way. I felt that I got honest feedback and a better understanding of my situation. If ever I have, or know anyone with an employment issue, this is the firm to talk to!

Scott Moriaty was more than patient with me. I kept cutting in when he spoke, yet he was kind and helpful. Sadly, I have no case with him, but he directed me on where to go next. I recommend this firm! And Scott!

I had an appointment with Nick Kaylor today scheduled for 4:30, he called at 2:30 while I was working without asking if I would be available. He said that he didn’t think I had a case with him because in his experience he has never worked on a case like this. I asked him 3 times how long he had been practicing law, because he sounded young, and inexperienced. He refused to tell me how long he had been practicing law each time instead stating that he had been practicing for “a few years” without any further clarification even when prompted. He was unclear, I had to ask him multiple times to slow down. I would not work with Nick Kaylor. Edit to add: Response- I typically don’t care about experience levels of people as long as they know what they are doing. He continually said that “in his experience” my case would not work. He was not able to back that up with any actual law, info or comparisons. In this case when he is basing the entire case on “his experience” it is vital to know how much experience he has. He was also quite disrespectful and condescending in the way he attempted to answer my questions.

Benedict Linsenmeyer informed me that my case is well rounded and I don't need representation unless their is a failure in the system. Most law firms don't have the decency to not snactch 40% of your money for green. Wanta Thome is a good lawyers and morally decent.
