Really pleased with my new fire. Helpful advice, quick and tidy fitting.

Thanks to all at Warm & Cosy for their excellent service. Could not be happier with our new gas fire & being able to operate with the RC is a godsend . I found this place when I was looking for a media wall for mum. She wanted to replace her electric fire and have the TV situated above. The showroom was convenient for us to get to and well laid out. We were able to see various fires and types of media wall. Then Jonathan came out to measure up and show us samples and advise on design as these are bespoke and made to order. A couple of weeks later it was being fitted very efficiently with minimal mess and no fitting issues. Communication could have been a little bit better between parties but nothing that wasn’t sorted out quickly. Overall a great product. It looks fantastic in the room and mum is very happy.

Excellent firm who sell excellent products. We are highly pleased with our new electric stove and hearth. It's is so realistic you need to see it to believe it. We were told on viewing at the showroom that it was a great seller so we went with it. So pleased we did. Highly recommend Warm & Cosy to everyone wanting a new fire be it gas or electric .

We today had our new fire fitted purchased from Warm and Cosy. The service in the showroom selecting the fire was excellent and the sales team were not pushy, showing us all of our options and different price ranges. They came out as promised to check what fire was right for us. The fitter arranged through the shop then came and fitted it - again turning up on time. He was excellent, paying particular attention to ensuring our home was kept clean, bringing his own dust sheets and insisting he removed his shoes! The fire is now in situ and we are very pleased with he quality of the product, the look and the heat it kicks out. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.

A fantastic service from beginning to end. We are very impressed! The price of the fires we bought was an excellent deal. Jonathan sorted out our complicated installation plan and his team, Jon, Mark, George and Lewis were all very friendly, professional and so accommodating and together they gave us a fantastic finish. We highly recommend this business. You won't be disappointed!

Upon visiting the showroom we were helped by friendly knowledgeable staff who were able to advise on what products would be most suitable for our requirements. The order was processed very quickly and the team fitting the fire and surround did a fantastic job. We are very happy with our choice and would highly recommend Warm & Cosy Fires.

We went to Warm and Cosy after a friend recommended them to us. We were not disappointed. We went to the show room to look round and meet Jonathan who explained about all the rangers and features, we decided on a modern style with a Media wall. The two men who came to fit the fire and build the Media wall were extremely professional, each step of the way they made sure we were happy with how it was coming together and left each day by tidying up, a plus in my wife's eyes. All in all very happy with the service and the product would recommend.
