I started at the beginning of September in so much pain that all I was doing was lying down. By the beginning of November I feel like myself again! Every session I have is informative and enjoyable. The staff is so pleasant to be around and make me feel so comfortable that it does not feel like a chore to go. Thank you!

This is the second time that I have had to have physiotherapy at Waterdown Physiotherapy. On each visit, the receptionist and the professionals were very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend anyone having issues requiring physiotherapy contact Waterdown Physiotherapy.

I had an excellent experience at the Waterdown physiotherapy clinic after suffering a work-related injury. The staff was incredibly responsive and professional, making me feel welcome from my first visit. They worked together seamlessly as a team, and their expertise truly shone through.
The specialists took the time to understand my condition and tailored a treatment plan that significantly aided my recovery. I am grateful for their support and dedication, which made my healing process much quicker and more manageable. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physiotherapy!

Amber and her physio and massage team members are amazing. I have been cared for by them weekly for 2 years following a serious car accident. They are skilled, professional and really lovely people. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Writing this review for my father. He suffered a shoulder injury and was recommended to attend waterdown physiotherapy by our family physician. His physiotherapist was Amber. Her knowledge and care were exceptional, and it is because of the staff there that he is almost fully healed and back on the golf course! Much appreciated.

Started here with no knowledge of how to get back to walking from a broken left leg. Amber worked on both physical and mental therapy and I found myself daring to let go of my cast and crutches.
Ali was there to guide me each time I went in for treatment.
Other things like courtesy, customer service, professionalism appear to be staple for them here.
Plus...I got an email to check on how my orthopaedic appointment went...this wasn't even part of the service...talk about above and beyond!
