We recently had a need to replace our 12 year old system. Rob visited to review our need and develop a quote. He did not push any particular products or services, but rather listened to our needs and priorities, then provided options to consider. Rob even helped to revise his quote to offer an option with components more equivalent to a system another company had quoted. We ended up selecting the quote for the revised system, which was the most competitive price, for a name brand system, among all the quotes provided (4 companies total). I really appreciated the time that Rob took to answer my questions and work with us to quote the best system for our needs.

Air Conditioning went down last night, I called and Watkins was able to get someone to my house within 24 hours. It's actually the 2nd time Chris Huber has been out to help in my time of need.
