Popped in today on the off chance to see what vans were in stock, Very friendly as they opened vans for us to look in without us asking. Went in shop and got chatting to lady behind till and bought two chairs which we'd been on the lookout for.

We came down from Inverness to have a tow bar fitted. Extremely friendly and obliging staff even gave us a lift to Glenrothes. The quality of service was second to none. Would highly recommend for value for money quality of workmanship and good old fife friendliness

Always find the staff friendly and very helpful, I have friends who store their motorhome here and they always speak highly of the staff and storage facilities and how they go above and beyond to help out with any problems, highly recommend this family run business.

If I could give 10 stars I would! This company have impeccable customer service and could not do enough for us! We purchased our first ever caravan as a young family in October 23. We got our caravan serviced by a mobile technician who told us that there was damp in two corners of the caravan before we even managed to get away for a trip in our new to us van. He recommended Watsons for damp repair and we are so glad he did! Andrew explained everything to us throughout the process of repair and also helped put our mind at rest by answering some questions. The level of attention and care was seccond to none. He even delivered the van to us once complete while my partner was recovering from back surgery and unable to drive. Angela was very friendly and also helped us through what we thought was going to be the end to our short caravan owning experience. We now have our van back in great condition and Andrew even did a couple of extra jobs to help us get back on the road quicker! I will now never go anywhere else for caravan repair work and to anyone who is new and starting out... go to Watson's! As you will not be ripped off or made to feel like outsiders. Have had 2 towbars fitted here, and had problems with my caravan lights that they fixed after managing to squeeze me in for an appointment as I was set to leave up north. Great place and friendly staff.

Absolutely brilliant customer service from Angela and Andrew. Went to pick our caravan up to head off for a few days to find the leisure battery was totally dead. Andrew sourced and picked up a replacement for us within the hour and had it fitted and us on the road for our weekend away. Cannot fault the service they provide.

We leave our caravan in storage here and know it will be safe. The service is second to none, everyone is very friendly.
