I have nothing but praise for the team from WCI involved in the replacement of our septic tank. The site was surveyed, planned and the work undertaken in diabolical weather conditions as specified and completely to plan. everything possible was done to ensure that we were not inconvenienced in any way and the site was left in a better condition than when they arrived ha ha.

Excellent customer service !! Popped in with a pump to see if could be mended, all done in couple of days as promised. Highly recommended

'I have nothing other than good things to say about the fantastic team, right from start to finish everyone has been respectful, polite, and friendly. The ground workers have been extremely tidy and skilled in their difficult work surroundings , keeping the mess to as minimum as possible. Luke and Phil explained everything very clearly and were a delight to deal with, the ground workers Dave , Will and jack have had a constant cheerful air about them the whole time, even when laden with mud and soaked by the rain, they have worked super efficiently and clearly have a great team spirit. My garden has been up rooted, huge holes and trenches dug but I can honestly say other than the grass looking a bit sad, and muddy and slightly lumpy (on which grass seed has been sown and will grow as the ground settles as time passes) the whole process has gone smoothly. I can only say a huge thank you to WCI for a brilliant service from start to finish and would fully recommend the company as one of the nicest and most efficient company that I have worked with in a very long time. Thank you again. Finally, I must say (sorry almost left you out) Sarah and Karen in the office have also been extremely helpful in the preparation with all the paperwork that needed completing before work started .

Just to let you know that your operators left our property this morning after successfully installing our new PTP this week. We were fortunate that the weather all week has been dry, which meant that the work could be done with little disruption but I have to say that Ben and Jason were fantastic and so helpful in all respects and have left the site extremely clean and tidy. Please pass on our sincere thanks to both of them and to Luke who kept a close eye on all aspects and made the whole operation proceed very smoothly. Thank you also to WCI for the work and the deal allowing the phosphate credits to be released and a PTP to be installed. I look forward to dealing with you on maintenance over the next 5 years and beyond. Again, a big thanks to all of you for such a professional job completed in very good time. Well done.

Our experience with WCI has been positive from day one. The job of providing a new treatment plant proved to be a challenging one for them, as, living in a converted farm building, there were many underground cables and watercourses that denied them their preferred option of placing the new plant adjacent to the old one. Eventually the only option was to remove the old one and install the new one in its place. Throughout the contractors were very professional and did an excellent job, especially as the underground problems meant a time overrun , leaving the site newly sown with grass seed. A good job done!

I would like to recommend WCI for the really superb job they have just done replacing our septic tank and drainage system. This has involved organising a lot of heavy machinery and disposal of tons of earth. The organisation was like clockwork and they have left no mess or disturbance whatsoever. Previously had an awful experience with a national company .Was introduced to WCI. From my initial enquiry to the inspection visit to the servicing and repair work being carried out all was done on time and very professionally. I have now signed an annual maintenance contract which speaks for itself!!

EVERY year they make contact, arrange the service date … stick to it (rare these days!), the engineers are superb, helpful, knowledgeable and supported by a brilliant office team. Professional, friendly and dependable water treatment company. They installed a large sewage plant at my pub/hote, all went well mainly any little issues were quickly resolved, highly recommend.

WCI built the system at my house at least 20 years ago and it is still going strong, mostly due to the careful servicing from WCI. They always provide an excellent and attentive service both from their office and their service personnel.

First class service from the team at WCI the office and Engineer we’re both polite and efficient and got the breakdown work done with no delay . Would not hesitate to recommend.

A year ago I posted a positive review of WCI. Our family had used them for nearly 25 years and last year they put in a new sewage treatment plant. But not long after posting the previous review the system began to smell really bad. It took a stream of complaints but eventually they came out and did a smoke test which proved the system was not venting correctly - ahh but apparently that was our problem. It's your house that's not correct. Nothing to do with us...they said - our installation was perfect. They washed their hand of it. We got in new specialists who agreed that the system wasn't correctly installed and have now put in a new vent pipe in the next-door field - no more smells which is a blessed relief. It took a full morning of work and cost about £500 but it's done. What a terrible shame that WCI couldn't have just admitted their fault and fixed the issue. It surely wouldn't have cost them £500 and anyway their profit margin off our job was much larger. I'm very sad that a 25 year relationship, originally begun with the current owner's father has ended so badly.

Dealing with WCI across the board was a very good experience. The team arrived early on a Monday to start work and by Friday completed the whole replacement of the septic tank, including tidying up. They handled the added complications of access through the farmer's land with professionalism. I would definitely recommend WCI as a company. Special thanks to Mark for his understanding and patience with the situation and those in the head office who facilitated a quick sign off.

I would highly recommend WCI. Very professional company that does not cut corners. The project manager, Mark, couldn’t have been more helpful. He was faced with a challenging set of circumstances and a testing set of neighbours. He dealt with the situation with aplomb. He taught me a lot about the general binding rules of the E.A. The installation was dealt with by subcontractors Charlie, Ash and Jack, who were very skilful, careful and tidy. Thank you WCI.

I needed to upgrade our sceptic tank to meet regulation concerning the discharge method and phosphate concerns. In brief I contacted WCI who arranged a survey and following their findings and recommendations we agreed the tank needed replacing. From the outset, I found them very professional, extremely pleasant and explained everything that had to be done. They arranged everything from legals, planning consent, groundworks and supplying the water treatment plant. The staff were extremley helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They got on with the job which took under 1 week to complete. I would highly recommend them to anybody who needs this type of work done as the workers were fantastic and knew their job and the office staff are very professional and really pleasant so well done all at WCI. Quite a big ask to sort our antiquated drains out but WCI completed the job with great competence and skill, the team doing their utmost to be extra helpful and avoid being a nuisance to the many comings and goings at the house. The finished set up is extremely discreet, hardly visible and almost silent. We couldn't be more pleased with the whole project from start to finish. Thank you WCI.
