They arrived promptly for a ceramic instillation. I'd done some research and spoke with Brad, the owner and felt comfortable letting him detail my 3 day old BMW. The owner and John spend 7 hours working on my car. Their attention to detail was spot on! I chose the 6 yr ceramic package with wheels and glass. Car looks amazing and I'll def be back for follow-up

The detailing was done so great. I babysit kids and my car is always looking a mess and they had it look like 1 million bucks afterwards. Will be back for another detail! Recommend For price and location very reasonable.

The guys were on time. Did a deep clean of my vehicle. It's 16 years old and we recently purchased for our daughter. It was very dirty and they made a huge difference. Interior. Looks clean and smells clean.

I scheduled a detail with a customer service rep. At the time they were supposed to be arriving at my house I got a call saying they had double booked and would need to reschedule. I was going away that weekend so needed the detail that day. They told me my deposit was non-refundable. I completely understand a deposit being non-refundable if I wanted to reschedule but it seems wrong they can cancel on me and keep the deposit. They told me someone booked online and they didn’t realize. If they can’t handle their calendar system using online and real people they need to adjust their processes. It seems reasonable in this circumstance they should have refunded me since the cancellation was on them and they didn’t lose out on any money because they still went to their other appointment. Meanwhile I was out the detail I needed as well as my deposit.

Job not competed Some things were done ok,but after they left I had to clean all the door jams and all inside windows myself and a few other small areas.I paid $280 for this service and I was not happy with the final job.I was going to do this myself and I regret not going it myself
