We contacted West Coast Safes to modify the existing dial lock to a touch pad lock only because of age and compromised eyesight. We could not have been any happier with not only the friendly service of Justin and Corey but the workmanship of changing out the lock. Justin and Corey were professional, they explained what they were doing and suggested we watch every step of the process, they were fast without being rushed or hurried (most likely fast because they KNEW what they were doing), they walked us through with a demonstration on how to operate the new lock and did not leave our home until they were assured we understood how to operate the touch pad, they also assured us that any and all questions we may have in the future would be answered with a phone call to them. I cannot recommend West Coast Safes any higher than I do.

West Coast Safes in Ontario, CA is an absolute 5 Star business!! Large show room with a dozen brands of safes to choose from, all are hands on so you can make the right pick for yourself. Their delivery is also 5 Stars!! I live in the high desert area of SoCal, so for a very reasonable fee I had West Coast deliver and setup my new safe where I wanted it and bolt it to the floor, and the whole delivery took no more than 20 minutes. Steve O and Cory were absolutely the best, on time, super knowledgeable, friendly and walked me through the complete operation on my safe and went over all the warranty information before they left….and oh, as advertised they make their deliveries in an unmarked truck. So no one is the wiser what you’re receiving. Just fantastic customer service!!!

SteveO and his crew were amazing, friendly and super helpful!! I called and ordered a small safe for my husband for Christmas. I wasn’t going to be able to get over to their store until the weekend to pick it up. Quickly Steve said he had a delivery in my area and not to worry they could drop it off to me. It was such a huge help! It’s nice to see a company with great customer service when these days that’s hard to come by! I would highly West Coast Safe if you’re in the market for one!!
