Is there any one work at service department I try calling from 4 pm to 5:30pm to book a service I cannot reach anyone accept the AI voice message I have the problem low pressure on my 4 tire the passport 1/5 years old.honda not reliable's anymore so does this dealership is horrible.

Even though I had an appointment, they kept me waiting a lot and they were very rude. They didn’t want to check the seat belt even though my car was guaranteed because they didn’t take extra money.

I spoke to the service advisor that assisted you and he mentioned that he advised you that if the repair was deemed warrantable there wouldn't be any charge but we wouldn't know until we did a full inspection. You decided not to go ahead with the inspection and only for your maintenance minders. I can see that you waited the approximate time for your service and not any longer. I had a really bad experience from Westgate Honda today. I took an appointment for 2:30 today and when i reached there , the greeter at the entrance told me to wait there for few minutes. Ended up waiting there for more than an hour, even there were many staffs to attend me , they were just scrolling through mobile phones and chatting with each other. I asked to the greeter again about the appointment and said that i am waiting for one hour. Then he said , wait some more time . What in the world some dealerships treats customers like that? . After waiting 10 more minutes i went to home after that . I never had such a bad experience from anywhere. Worst service for their customers.

Jason in the service department went above and beyond to help me with my car issues.
My car was towed to west gate Honda after hours Friday night and I went in the following Saturday (which was quite busy) to explain what issues I was having with my car and by 4 pm my car was fixed and ready to go! I was so grateful that they were able to squeeze me in on such a busy day. Will definitely be recommending westgate Honda !

Below average buying experience
Just a bought a 2025 civic hybrid touring from them. Initially booked a black civic but with all of the recalls that Honda just put out, the salesperson John told me I could not get the black on my delivery date and all other colors were available and since I had already sold my current car and needed the new one ASAP, I decided to go with the blue as it was the only other dark color. The day before the delivery the salesperson John sends me pics of my car and I see that it has grey/white seats which I was not made aware of before. The black only comes with black seats and logically I assumed they will provide a car with black seats since I never requested for white/grey seats but they don't think the color of the seats is a big enough deviation to let the customer know apparently. After refusing delivery for the Blue with white/grey seats they asked me to choose another color since they don't have any blue with black seats either.
Ultimately had to go with a white car since I do not like any of the colors. Although white is okay for my taste but I went out to buy a dark colored car and had to take one that is farthest from my preference all because of the incompetence of Honda and this dealership. Also, They markup all cars with a 2000$ package that includes free windshield replacements, GPS etc. Most of these items are already in the car or available with an insurance. I managed to get these markups removed but they wouldn't sell the car without mats.
Now I have 240$ mats sitting at home because I never wanted them. Already bought aftermarket mats.
They make you sign an agreement that states you cannot pay off the financing before 6 months and if you do, you have to pay Westgate Honda a fine of 1000$. which is sort of Illegal since the Honda Financial Services Canada Website clearly states "All retail loans from HFS are open. You may pay the full balance at any time without prepayment penalties."

Brought my 2020 Ridge in for winter tires and to fix a few minor items. Parts had been ordered in. Roy, the mechanic, sought me out in the waiting room and showed me that the parts were overkill, and that a minor part costing much less would do. Really appreciate the thoughtfulness, and the customer orientated focus!

Unpleasant and crude Customer service representative. I Call 6 times no answer ore returned call . When finly wesited dealership I was. Unpleasantly patronize and almost yelled female attendant. I was only one customer and staff was an angaged with social chit chat.
