Mr Waleed Hassan, is an absolute legend. Waleed dealt wth my mothers BRP card/ settlement in the uk application. We had an initial call on the situatuon we were in and a second call of the information he required. Within 2-3 weeks I had an email to say our application was successfull. Waleed Hassan took all the weight and stress of our shoulders we could not be more pleased with how everything turned out, truely grateful! Very professional and straight to the point. I recommend everyone to use this firm for any visa and settlement work.

Waleed Hassan at WH Solicitors was invaluable to our family as he walked us through the visa process for our daughter and American partner. Mr Hassan was recommended to us on a facebook group and was extremely highly spoken of. We started the visa application with another lawyer who was unhelpful and did not possess the knowledge and patience of Mr Hassan. We quickly switched lawyers and immediately felt it was the right decision. From application to approval, the whole process took approximately 10 days (we did pay for expedited service). He took the time to answer each question and concern and always replied to emails the same day, usually immediately. Without reservation, we would recommend Mr Hassan for all your visa application needs. His knowledge, experience, and care for the family was outstanding.

Had an initial consultation for £99 regarding ILR. At first the solicitor sounded friendly but as the conversation proceeded and the points of the case were mentioned the solicitor became very demeaning, pessimistic and at the end in a mocking manner and with a laugh said “best of luck”, suggesting my case was guaranteed to be unsuccessful. I understand the need for solicitors to be realistic but they should be more problem solvers rather than problem creators and mockers. It felt like a waste of time and money. My ILR at the end was successful. If you have a valid case, there will be a way forward.

WH Solicitors and Waleed were great. We submitted for a UK skilled worker visa + spousal/partner visa - the process was seamless, affordable, and super informational thanks to them. Review My daughter and I were so blessed that my elder sister; Angela was directed to hire Waleed Hassan and his WH Solicitors. Waleed and team were so professional in doing our visa applications. This UK visit Visa process began in 2020 when my sister and my mother decided to file for me and my daughter. Waleed and team stood by us since the beginning of the visa application. I submitted a student visa application to the home office, UKVI. I applied for UK spouse visa... our case was slightly complicated so we were not sure of applying ourselves... so I found out about WH solicitors from facebook... saw the reviews and personally spoke with Mr Hassan... he assured as that he will help us and we will get our visa... he made the process really easy as he was highly professional and helpful... whenever we had a doubt he was always there to listen.. then finally we got our big yes and I really thank Mr Hassan for making it happen... My fiancé and I were looking for some help with my U.K. fiancée visa. As we all know, the immigration is beyond confusing. So, we decided to look around for the solicitors nearby, and we came across Waleed and his firm at WH solicitors. Let me tell you, they’re amazing. Waleed has been such a wonderful help. He made our visa process easier to understand. He explained everything to us in such a great and in-depth details and always up to date with the home office. His service level was prompt and fast.
