I don't normally leave reviews, but here I felt I must as Wilkinson were simply amazing, this firm really helped me out of a sticky situation when many didn’t even reply to my emails! I had an antique chandelier I was refurbishing and the glass bowl unfortunately broke. Lucy from Wilkinson provided a fantastic speedy service, from providing a quote through to shipping back the replacement. I was truly impressed with the new glass bowl that was hand blown – clearly first-rate craftsmanship to create such a perfect replica in both dimensions and pattern, better than the original and very high quality. Thanks so much to the entire team here for helping me rescue my light, couldn’t recommend highly enough.

‘I unfortunately managed to leave my Lalique pendant in my dress pocket and was horrified to find out upon opening the washing machine, of the knocking I heard, was not my metal buttons of my dress, but in actual fact my pendant!
I was thankful it didn’t completely break, but it did have lots of chips on the edge as well as on parts of the surface.
I immediately rang the Lalique flagship store in London to ascertain if they would repair it. They in turn gave me the telephone number of Wilkinson in Kent. I telephoned them and spoke with Lucy, who kindly told me she would be happy to repair it, which I was so thrilled to hear. Upon receipt of my pendant she mentioned I may lose my Lalique signature due to how close one of the chips was to it. She however spoke with Tony, the Head Glass restorer, who assured her he could repair the chip without sacrificing the signature. I was so relieved.
I have never written a review before, but I had to upon this occasion due to the extremely courteous attitude of Lucy and the truly remarkable and supremely competent workmanship of Tony on restoring my Lalique pendant to it’s former glory. I am in awe of how he achieved the wonderful finish. One hopes he is paid handsomely due to the calibre of work carried out.
Wilkinson’s are truly worthy of their Royal warrant from the Queen. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone who wishes to have restoration work completed on either precious pieces of crystals or glass.
Well done Wilkinson. Keep up the fantastic craftsmanship’

I engaged Wilkinson Ltd. to repair a glass award that had been broken in half. I had contacted a couple of other suppliers, both of whom stated that the award could not be repaired but Wilkinson Ltd. came back to me straight away with a number of repair options that I could choose from. They did a superb job of both bonding the award back together and grinding down where pieces had been chipped off.
I found the whole experience to be very professional and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

Wilkinson's has repaired a small antique ceiling lamp and a desk lamp for me. In both cases the work was done very promptly and at a reasonable cost. My wife and I are really pleased that we found them.

We needed the central hole of a bobeche opened up to replace a broken piece on a chandelier. After checking with a central London glass specialists, who quoted a cost higher than replacing the ENTIRE chandelier, we were very lucky to be put in touch with Wilkinson. They did an exceptional job: the central hole is very even with smooth sides and looks identical to the the original piece. We had the bobeche back in two weeks and the cost was very reasonable.

I had a table lamp, part of a pair, restored by Wilkinsons after it met with a dreadful accident smashing the Crystal stem. An identical intricately detailed stem was created to match the one surviving. It is impossible to tell the difference between the two lamps the work is truly excellent, as were the office staff who were so helpful in explaining options and timelines for the repair.
