When our two conservatory window actuators both failed after 19 years I had little hope of getting suitable replacements. At best I hoped for a messy upgrade of old kit. Wrong. Matt at Rocburn went to some lengths to help me identify and source the new version of the motors and ensured that the fittings remained the same. After placing the order the goods were dispatched the same day and arrived the next, carefully and securely packaged. Offers of further assistance if needed were reassuring but unnecessary as they fitted and work perfectly. Brilliant!

You always know how good a company is when things go wrong. We ordered a motorised TV bracket but when installed it did not work properly. We rang the company a couple of times and each time every person we spoke to was extremely helpful. We dealt with James by email and he was efficient and arranged a replacement control box. With regular updates his communication was excellent. It now works perfectly. Great company to deal with.

Matt Boyd of Rocburn was extremely helpful when our window opening system failed. The builders wanted to order a whole new system and charge £1,400. With Matt's help the parts cost about £50 and we mended it ourselves in a morning.

Great company to deal with. James was so patient with me, answering all the queries I had as I put my project together, recommending the right products and how to install them. Ben today helped me with the final piece, pairing the remote with the touchpoint control and it all works like a dream. I have several more windows to do and will not hesitate to use these guys again.

Excellent service from Rockburn for the replacement of a conservatory room-vent drive motor. From my first check of their website, which has a wealth of information, to several phone calls, with James and Matt to tweek the final order, their attention and patience was first class. Needless to say the product was a direct substitute and has worked perfectly. Even after I kept bothering Matt about what I thought was a fault with the control unit, until he patiently explained to me how it was meant to look, not how I thought it should look!! We had a good laugh afterwards. I can't fault their service.

Brilliant service from Rocburn. James Diver provided outstanding service in identifying and recommending a replacement unit for our temp/rain sensitive conservatory vent controls. The unit fitted and operated as per our previous unit (that supplier had gone out of business) and we are now set for a far more comfortable summer as a result! Would recommend Rocburn to anyone.
