This store is staffed with the absolute best employees. From the moment I walked in until the final step of my checkout, they were incredibly friendly and engaged. I had a frustrating incident (which was entirely outside of their control), and their response was exceptional. They showed outstanding kindness and went above and beyond to offer help, even when the situation was technically out of their hands. I specifically was trying to find an item from their website. After looking around the whole store, I asked a dark haired sales associate with a tablet about it. She blankly looks at me as if she doesnât work there and points in a vague direction. She could have done her job and attempted to help me find it in the store or look at the tablet she was holding. Then
I overhear her laugh and talk with her colleague how âsheâs over itâ.
My daughter found the prom dress she had been looking for in this place! They have many options to choose from. She tried on a couple of dresses and she was happy to have finally found her perfect prom dress. Place kind of narrow and it can get super cramped on the weekends but I was just happy for my daughter. She left with a big smile on her face. Prices are also affordable!
