Very efficient and friendly

Loved everything about my experience. The process was fun and the wine (I got the cab sauv) was light and fruity. Loved the custom packages. Also great bang for your buck. If you are a wine lover, highly recommend.

Fun helpful staff and we made an adventure of our visit.

Ordered a case of red wine and rose. Somehow my order was lost even though I paid for it ahead of time. And the wine was not available for me to pick up. After some struggling with customer support, I was provided with a red wine replacement kept in reserve for when these issues arise. The wine was not good, in comparison to the wine I've had made from other shops like this, like the one in Listowel which has been amazing every time. Over one year later and I still have 2/3 of the wine from wine butler because of the low quality. I feel like I was given a low quality or mishandled product in replacement of my missing order. Also, to this day, I still recieve annoying automated emails from wine butler demanding payment for my first order even though it's been confirmed as fully paid after I called the store. Terrible first experience. I will give them another chance and update this review in the future.

The $99 gift card made for a really economical batch of very good wine. Pick up is always very quick and Rachel is extremely helpful and personable. I recommend this you-brew wine facility very heartily --- for quality, price and service.

I have been dealing with the Mississauga Wine Butler for over 10 years and I have yet to be disappointed! Today was bottling of 2 wine batches. One was my old standard, the Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc, which I have been enjoying steadily for at least 3 years. The other was a newer Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon, a Couture Crush. I'm hoping this one will become my new favourite red. Boris and his team are top-notch. I highly recommend them!

I had a wonderful experience at the Mississauga location. Fun process, staff were polite, helpful and friendly. Prices are good and the wine tastes good. I got mine as a part of a deal that made it all even better! I already shared the place and experience with all my friends and family. Totally recommended :)
