Tom and his crew did a great job. Tom answered the phone immediately and had us scheduled about three weeks out. As a new inground pool owner I appreciated Tom walking me through the type of pool cover I would need for the winter. They showed up right on time, explained what they were going to do, and did the job in a couple of hours. Tom's crew was professional, courteous, and did a stellar job. Highly recommend WNY Pool Service.

Thomas, the lead service tech, was fabulous. He was quality oriented, personable, and expertly handled our pool. I have complete confidence the job done closing the in-ground gunite pool was done correctly. We could not have asked for better service.

Wny pool services has been great. They came and helped me with me heater over the summer and I switched to them for my closing service. They were fast and knowledgeable and talked through a couple questions I had and got me all sorted out.
