We booked Wolves to help our daughter move last week from Horley to Kent (13/9/24) they were fantastic! Jack and his colleague were very personable, friendly, professional, arrived promptly, put protective coverings on the sofa, chair and mattress, not seen that done before, it was all exceptional - Would definitely go with Wolves again and highly recommend.

Jack and his team were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were incredibly careful with my items, even though they were large, heavy and had to fit into awkward spaces. I am pleased to recommend Jack and his services, and I will be using him in the future for sure.

Jack made the whole move seem effortless, from the first call for a quote to the last delivered box. Jack and his team were friendly, careful and efficient. The whole move went seamlessly and we would definitely use them again!

The team at Wolves were all friendly, clearly well experienced and were very accommodating considering I was moving out of a 2nd floor flat with no lift! They were all in a good mood despite this and I ended up having a few laughs with several members. They checked the size of my TV beforehand and brought a protective box and lots of padding, along with all of the tools required to disassemble my ottoman bed. They asked which room I wanted my belongings in, then asked me to have a quick scan around the property, offering to move anything that wasn’t in the correct place. Overall, I found them to be very professional and generally just a great group of people.

From the minute I emailed Wolves Removals to the moment they said goodbye at the end of the move, the efficiency and attention to detail by Jack and the removals team was second to none! Instant replies to emails, prompt delivery of packing materials, swift, careful move, everything was 5 star. Would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

I can highly reccomend Jack and Wolves Removals, I needed a safe and reliable service as I was moving from Scotland to England. It can be quite overwhelming when looking for quotes online, but Jack was very clear from the beginning and his communication was fantastic. We reached out to Wolves Removals as we didn't have straight forward move however, we left Jack and his professional team to navigate chaos which they did at short notice, quickly, and very professionally. Absolutely fantastic service. This team worked SO relentlessly hard, they were concentrated, efficient and super friendly. Ours was a particularly challenging move but they persevered and worked immaculately under pressure during the long day to ensure the job was done to the highest standards. They even brought in extra manpower at a moments notice to ensure things continued to go smoothly. Their image, coordination and consistency as well as their professionalism was exceedingly impressive. They took excellent care of our belongings and approached each stage of the removal with utmost care, consideration and enthusiasm. Wolves faultless hard work alleviated the pressure of moving for us, it was an absolute pleasure to be around them. We would 100% book again and recommend them to anybody looking for a removal company.

My partner and I moved from Crawley up to Newark. Jack and the team were wonderful. We used them for packing and moving and it made everything as stress free as it could have been. We had a very short time between exchange and completion and they were understanding and kept communication lines open. I would say that I would use them again however it may be 30+ years in the future. Thank you for the help. =]

Great service, at short notice. The guys were really helpful and conscientious. Quite a big move from Sussex To Norfolk, but nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend Jack and his team.
