Excellent experience! Very careful moving everything. Also honest - they found jewelry behind a dresser (that I didn't know was there) and called me into the room immediately to let me know. If I ever move again, I wouldn't hesitate to have them do it.

The guys that moved all of our stuff, were great! I definitely recommend this company. Not only were they very careful moving everything, but honest as well. I had some jewelry that had fell behind a dresser they were moving (I had no idea), and they immediately called us into the room to let us know. They were very personable, honest, careful... everything you could ask for. If I would ever move again (hopefully never do), I would definitely have them do it again!

Just made a cross-country move from Texas to Ohio. Worry Free was probably the best part of the move. All kinds of problems presented themselves (created by other people) to these guys, but they adjusted and handled it. We moved into a three story townhome and they got everything into the correct floors and rooms. They showed up on time and despite everything, moved efficiently and got done within two hours. They were careful with our belongings and very personable. Would definitely use again.

First time using this company. **** and **** called when they were 30 minutes out from arrival. Both were professional and efficient. They treated my elderly family member (the one moving) with the utmost respect. Because this family member is high risk, we were wearing masks. **** and **** said they'd put them on too if we wanted! We gave them masks (I forgot to ask about that when I booked).As someone who has moved 4 times in the past, I would definitely use this company again.

Professional, friendly and competent. A nice change from the crew who loaded our truck. Photographed all damaged items and wrapped items to protect them as they moved them into the building. The company issued many communications preparatory to the move. I would recommend this crew and company.

I was very happy with the folks who helped me move. They were as quick and efficient as possible, with only one broken item (a lamp that I didn't care too much about.) They were also very friendly, and worked with my needs to make things as pain-free as possible.

We booked a 12:00 (noon) start for 2 hours. We called at 12:30 since no one had shown up. We were told that they have an hour window to show up. Doesn't 12 o'clock mean 12 o'clock? Called back at 1:00 as still no one had shown up...was told they're almost there. Called back at 1:20 to cancel service. Give me whatever excuse you want but that's terrible customer service. Zero stars if possible.

Their guys showed up and immediately got to work. They wrapped everything in plastic and or moving pads, brought their own ratchet straps and Dolly and were very friendly as well. MOVING SUCKS, but these guys made it a whole lot easier.
