We just recently had our roof replaced by Whitaker Roofing and I was so pleased with everything from start to finish. Scott was there for us every single step of the way and really was a joy to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. We had a bunch of different companies that knocked on our door after the storms we've had and Scott was the only person who was understanding of my concerns and wasn't pushy. He allowed me to take my time and research the company before agreeing to a free consultation. He was incredibly detail oriented and was always available to answer any questions I had along the way. Andrew and the team at Whitaker Roofing Company are one of the best companies I have worked with, period! Beginning with his first inspection of our roof, he was convinced we had hail damage and he did not rest until it was approved by our insurance company. It took 3 inspections, a denial by our insurance and reporting our insurance company to the State Board of Insurance over about 9 months to make this happen. Andrew will be transparent with you with everything going on and help you fight for the approval that you deserve. Removal and installation happens in one day with no pre-delivery or post cleanup. You could not find a better roofer in the Nashville area!

The team at Whitaker Roofing were with me every step of the way. Andrew and Dante arrived the morning after the tornado to help secure damaged areas of my roof. They provided a thorough inspection of the roof and pointed out several areas of damage my insurance adjuster missed which resulted in my home needing a whole new roof. The team was great about returning phone calls and answering all my questions along the way. They were extremely helpful when selecting shingles, and even went as far as special ordering a shingle in the color I wanted. I was very pleased with the job site clean-up and impressed that Andrew followed up with me the same day to ensure I was completely satisfied.
