I just wanted to share my wonderful experience with Steven Hook, Chris Koiziol and Augustin Arbulu from the W Tax Group. I had been having some issues from taxes for a few years that I just couldn't get resolved. I had used previous tax professionals and still had remaining issues. I contacted Steve Hook and spoke with him and explained my problem. He was very professional and immediately put me at ease. He then explained what the process would be and the costs up front. From that moment on I knew I was in the right place. He explained everything that I need to gather for him and got to work immediately. He introduced me to more members of his team and they were all just as professional and soothing as he. Long story short- they have completed all of my issues and I am now worry free! I am so thankful that I found this team and actually enjoyed talking to them. Even though I knew I had some serious problems they made it all uncomplicated and worry free. Great interaction. Yvonne Welch took time to explain to me how to proceed with the IRS, she shared information on what to include and details needed and being prompt in doing so. Yvonne was very pleasant to talk to showing me she cared and listened to the information I gave her.

In January 2023, I received an audit from the IRS claiming I owed them $27,000 in underpaid taxes from 2021. Naturally, I freaked out because I never would have been able to pay this (and I knew it was wrong).I tried to explain to the IRS how completely impossible this was, by writing a full explanation and using screenshots and graphs of my account information. The IRS did not care, because all they were interested in were the proper tax forms. I had no idea where to begin, so I contacted the W Tax Group. They started working on my case right away, as time was of the essence. They needed Power of Attorney for my taxes, which I gave them, and in the end, they managed to reduce my total balance owed to the IRS from $27,000 to $296. There are too many people to name, but they all treated me with respect, and understanding of how difficult this was for me. Auggie was my attorney in the end and told me exactly what to do. They came through like champions! I highly recommend this group.

Steve Hook helped me an unbelievable amount. The prices are very reasonable for everything he does. My case took a lot more work than most and I was terrified but Steve helped me remember things that I had forgotten and navigated around my case wonderfully. I can't say enough good things about him. I could even call or text his cell phone at nights and weekends when I thought of something and he would respond. He made a lot of my fears go away and made me feel at ease. Wonderful people, this is my third tax group the rest screwed me over. We still have not fixed all my problems with this tax group yet… They are working on it but as we’re working on it, they are wonderful people They seem to be getting the job done very professional !!Very nice, and you were working with the same person you start with all they way through it! I’m just the average Joe on the street I think they treated me the same as they treated everybody else! I think that has something to say……
