Shockingly bad customer service.
I spent thousands of pounds here but have received terrible aftercare and
service since. Been chasing a query for over 4 months, which they just stop replying to unless I continually chase. No regard or care for the time or inconvenience caused.
Poor quality retainers which cracked during normal use. I've had retainers previously which lasted me years, but not from here. No explanation as to why or option for an alternative, better quality product. Was promised a replacement retainer to be sent to my house last week - not received and no longer replying to emails.
Have had other poor experiences, including long wait times at appointments, a cancelled appointment while i was there (zero reimbursement) and really bad composite bonding which took approx 5 appointments to fix.
Per other recent reviews, they are all about the "show" and sales, getting you to spend lots of money, however there is no aftercare or customer service - only interested in you spending more money with them.
Would not recommend at all.

Been back today, only to find the initial dentist i saw who provided the treatment plan has left. So I have now seen another dentist who thinks there is a different option, but of course this is more expensive. The original finance plan i agreed now cant be changed.
I am going to go for the veneer option i think as they last much longer than Nano fill.
The staff are very good and the premises is very nice.
I'm looking forward to my new smile.

I started my journey researching all places. I had a consultation with YDS and decided to trust them to help me achieve what I wanted and needed. The whole of the team made me feel welcome and calm about the whole experience. Being a 40odd year old having to consider implants was scary but life unfortunately dictated the need. Through the consultation and the day of placement they looked after me and no question was too much for them to answer. All my follow ups have been amazing and they keep me informed every step of the way. I’m very close to completion and couldn’t be happier with my experience of all of them. Thank you YDS it is clear why you are the go to place.
