My wife and I were lucky to find Chaz (Charles) and work closely with him this past year while looking for and purchasing our first home. Chaz was very informative in every step of the process so we knew what to expect. Buying a home during a very competitive market was difficult at times but Chaz provided us with a good plan and direction during the process. Anytime we had a question or a problem Chaz was quick to respond and very accommodating with his schedule, going to open houses all over Long Island and with us every step of the way. Another plus, since Chaz was also our loan officer it made things much more seamless during the home buying process. He helped us through the pre-approval process, securing our loan, and was able to vouch for us when other agents inquired whether we were pre-approved. After finally finding our home we ran into some issues getting to the closing table. Chaz kept us informed on everything going on behind the scenes, made numerous phone calls on our behalf and we were finally able to close and secure our home. Getting there was truly a team effort and Chaz was an enormous part of it. If you are looking for a professional, capable real estate agent that will treat you like family, go with Chaz!

Charles was with us every step of the way....he explained things we were unsure of or did not know about....he spent hours of his time going above and beyond for the sale of our childhood home. Charles did so much to help, I don't think I could ever thank him enough! He was always available to talk to when we had questions about the whole process. Charles always handled himself like a professional... he was always respectful, and he treated each and every member of my family with kindness. Charles has met, and gotten to know, the whole family! Charles provided the support and help that my family needed and his hard work and dedication will not be forgotten.

I cannot say enough good things about working with Charles! I initially tried to sell my house on my own to avoid paying a high brokerage fee. Charles reached out and offered his services at a very reasonable fee and his expertise was apparent in our first conversation. He came over to make a personal introduction almost immediately and explained a lot about the local real estate market. He came back with a professional photographer and took beautiful pictures of my house then listed it with a very well written narrative. It was only listed 4 days before we got an offer. Charles continued to help me right through the closing, (which he attended on my behalf as i couldn’t be there) going above and beyond to make the process go smoothly. I know I wasn’t his only client but he really made me feel like I was. Also, he’s a really nice guy!

Buying a home is complex, and dealing with agents can be equally challenging. But then there is Charles Bianco. Charles is one of the best agents out there, and his knowledge of the real estate market is outstanding. He listens to what you want and helps you achieve it. Working with him has been so easy. He's receptive, humble, and kind to my husband and me. He checks up regularly and guides us throughout the entire process. Because of him, we closed on our dream home. I highly recommend him and look forward to working with him in the future, whether to buy or sell a home. Overall amazing guy.
